Hôtel correct
Points fort de l’hôtel : emplacement environ 15/20 min à pied du Burj Khalifa, quelques restaurants aux alentours. Le personnel est serviable et souriant. Points faible : très peu de place a la piscine. Je n’ai pas apprécié m’y rendre. La chambre pourrait être mieux, la porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas entièrement / la douchette de la douche est peu agréable et fait beaucoup de bruit / climatisation bruyante également. L’établissement pourrait être beaucoup mieux je pense. De l’extérieur il semble très beau. Cela reste un hôtel correct mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Tout était parfait : literie confortable, chambre spacieuse, calme et décorée avec goût. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : un grand nombre de plat à la carte en plus d’un buffet déjà copieux, des jus frais... La piscine était très agréable !

la qualité du service baisse . Plus de service couverture le soir ? Plus de Lime non plus dans le set courtoisie. depuis plus de cinq ans que je fréquente cet hôtel la qualité a baisse . plus de message d acceuil sur sa télé . Et surtout pour les gold un petit déjeuner gratuit pour un guest signalé quand on réserve, l hôtel n est pas au courant bizarre .

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du Dubai mall (10 min à pied) et de Burj Khalifa. Les environs sont modernes et bien entretenus. L'hôtel n'est pas un building et possède beaucoup de charme. La piscine n'est pas profonde et sert surtout à se rafraîchir.Très joli cadre. La chambre est bien entretenue (hormis un petit oubli de détritus dans un tiroir à notre arrivée) .Salle de bain moderne et original à privilégier pour un couple (vitrée.) Internet et parking gratuit. Le personnel est réceptif et sympathique .Navette disponible gratuitement pour la plage et d'autres centre d'intérêts.Hôtel à taille humaine et très recommandé car nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.A noter que les prix sont un peu élevés en restauration et bar.

I had stayed at this property previously when it was known as Vida Downtown prior to the current rebrand under the Marriott Bonvoy. I was first told that I had a lovely room with a balcony. The balcony overlooked one of the busiest intersections in Downtown and the noise from 4pm onwards was constant. On the next day, there was construction noise that was occurring right by room. I had assumed these were renovation works, I had to leave my room for a couple of hours to finish my Zoom meetings as the noise was incessant. On the following day, the TV was not working and I was told it was an issue with the data connection. They offered to move to another room but by then it was 10 pm and I was checking out the following day. On the day of checkout the construction noise began prior to 10 am. I decided to leave the hotel and I informed the front desk team to have my room cleaned. I came back and the TV was fixed but the room was not cleaned. I spoke to the duty manager an out what has happened but was told that the construction works are out of the control of the hotel and that it was permitted from 10 am to 6 pm. I had then said that this information should have been shared upon checking-in to give me an option of being in another part of the hotel. All I was then told by the duty manager was that this was the mistake of the front desk staff and that she would look in to it. Terrible experience and will not come back again.

This property is centrally located and convenient to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. The hotel is very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. We had a very early arrival and the hotel accommodated an earlier check in which was greatly appreciated. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent location downtown Dubai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Special mention to Terri on reception for her welcoming friendly service. Some improvements taking place at the moment mean that the man with the drill was a bit annoying but hopefully this will finish soon.

Vida has become part of Marriott Autograph collection and is now known has Hotel Boulevard. It is an excellent hotel (with only one minor issue). The location is superb - walking distance to Dubai Mall, Souk Al Bahar etc. Breakfast buffet is excellent; the staff are wonderful; and the rooms are spacious. We encountered two irritations though. There was an electric socket on one side of the bed and not another. Overnight charging while having one’s alarm/phone nearby wasn’t possible for one of us. More importantly, the lights in the bathroom are low wattage. Bathroom - especially area around the mirror - is poorly lit making it very difficult to shave, put make up on etc. at the very least, the makeup magnifying mirror should have sufficiently bright lights.
