mitigé
malheureusement la chambre réservé n'était pas disponible donc a dû prendre deux chambres non communicante avec nos enfants. Les chambres sont un peu humide, elles sont propre, oreiller inconfortable, petit déjeuner assez complet, par contre ne prenez pas le diner car sans utilité (buffet vide). Les employés sont très a l'écoute et très réactifs.

Suite de l'hôtel magnifique ! Avec vue sur la creek topissime. Piscine et bar sur le toit au top, avec également une vue époustouflante. Petit déjeuner très complet, il ne manque rien. Personnel du petit déjeuner et du bar très sympathique. Situation parfaite pour visiter la ville de Dubai (centre historique), 20mn à pied du métro, mais les taxis ne sont pas chers.

Difficultés à l'enregistrement (j'avais payé en ligne le tarif petit-déjeuner inclus, on a voulu me le faire payer en plus). 3 relances pour obtenir une planche à repasser, jamais venue. Ménage dans la chambre d'à côté à 2h du matin, réveil en fanfare. Musique assourdissante dans la salle de sport, impossible à baisser/couper. Signalé l'accueil, jamais venus baisser le son. Et la cerise sur le gâteau: bien vérifier le décompte, car quelqu'un avait signé une dépense de bar sur mon numéro de chambre!

Bon Séjour au bord du Creek
Bon séjour dans hôtel design moderne. Accueil et personnel sympa et serviables. Problème dans l'entretien des chambres souvent tardif 17/ 19h avec oubli d'approvisionner le salle d'eau en produits shampooing gel douche bonnets de douche, Kleenex etc et serviettes. Piscine sur le toit très agréable avec vue superbe sur Dubai et le Creek. Restaurant agréable mais carte repas beaucoup trop limitées pour séjour long. Environnement au bord du Creek super.

excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hotel
j ai adoré cet hôtel, jetais déjà allée dans un hôtel bcp plus cher a Dubaï et je suis contente d'avoir pris le Hilton canopy cette fois le service est vraiment personnalisé et aux petits soins l'hôtel est moderne et propre, la dame qui fait les omelettes en cuisine est tellement gentille et attentionnée pour les clients, je n'avais jamais vu cela! j'aime beaucoup cet hotel et y reviendrai avec plaisir, il y a un excellent service voiturier aussi, un grand merci à Mohamed Ali qui prenait soin de la voiture toujours avec prestance et avec le sourire

The hotel is brand new and everything is clean and of high quality. The buffet breakfast in the morning was excellent. It is a good transit hotel in Dubai as it is close to the airport. The breeze from Dubai Creek is lovely in the morning.

The Canopy by Hilton Al Seef is a clean, sleek, modern hotel. All the staff were so helpful and also arranged a taxi for us to the airport. There was a really big breakfast spread and the level 7 pool and bar had an amazing view of the city and creek. The hotel is walkable to the historic neighbourhood and some nice restaurants and is also close to the train if you want to head to the Burj Khalifa or the Palm.

The staff is amazing. I lost my cell phone in a taxi. I informed the front desk staff and they retrieved the taxi number through security cam footage. They were nice enough to contact the Taxi company and I got my cell phone back. I forgot his name but he was slim, wears glasses, and is from Bangladesh. He was very helpful as was Busa and the rest of the crew. This might’ve been the best customer service I ever received. The food at the breakfast buffet was amazing. Location is perfect. It’s quiet, next to a few embassies and a step or two away you can find yourself on the waterfront. There are many restaurants by the hotel. A few steps further from the waterfront, you can find yourself in the souq where you can buy local spices, perfumes, food, etc… The Burjuman Mall is less than a 10 minute walk away. Beside the mall you can find a lot of Indian affordable eateries and restaurants. Convenience store and Lulu Hypermarket is not too far away neither. It’s not too far from the airport. This place feels like home away from home and the staff definitely make you feel at home.

Not to our expectations
It's an excellent hotel location with a modern new York theme feel to it , lot of cafes and restaurants at the creek few minutes walking distance which excellent from November till April But many issues 1. Non smoking 🚭 hotel rooms which smell like they are smoking 2 the AC wasn't cooling and we suffered all night , 3. We booked with breakfast and they were insisting without though we double checked at checkin and they confirmed it was with 4. It's a hotel on the creek so all the rooms should have a creek view or at least a semi creek view , not block buildings just outside your window

Great Location on the Creek
The Hilton is a new hotel, I found the staff and the room attendants were very attentive, check in was a dream, was not a busy time so very easy to get around and enjoy the amenities especially the pool area and seating on the 7th floor. All I would say the breakfast could be more organized, the coffee machine had issues, but no one seemed to pick up on it, not a great selection for western person, but a small gripe in an overall great trip.

Dubai hotel - excellent
This hotel was in an excellent location. They offer a service of transport to their sister hotel closer to the marina. Room was clean, pool was also very clean. Overall service was awesome. Breakfast was also very delicious. Overall we are very pleased with this hotel and would recommend.
