Good breakfast, friendly staff. First floor room dirty. Carpet disgusting. Bed uncomfortable. Sheets did not look fresh. Terrible pillows.

The staff was very friendly & helpful! Location felt safe with easy parking. Room was clean but it smelled like musty old dirty carpet. The beds were very comfortable. Overall would stay again if they had the carpets cleaned or replaced.

The staff was wonderful the beds were comfy i had 2 rooms one smelled like a locker room due to air condition unit so we had to keep it off the 2nd room the unit was loud every time it went on along with the shower fixture for hot and cold was on backwards. But the friendliness of the staff made up for it

Breakfast have great selection and fully stocked for each day. Staff did a great job to kept the breakfast area nice orderly and clean all the time. Our pet-friendly room was nice size with extra seating area which bonus. We stayed 3 nights and there're no cleaning or room make up during our 3 nights stays, not sure if there're rule or policies about that but we're fine. The biggest concern about it was a bathroom shower tub that didn't have any bath liner or any sort of slips protection that caused me literally felt right off from the tub and landed on the floor with shower curtain wrapped around me. Thankfully no injured!! I was lucky! only a little small bruising on my wrist. I had not reported or complaint about this incident to hotel staff because it was early morning no one at the front desk anyway. My suggestion, this is something that the hotel should be seriously taken precaution. The bathtub is extremely slippery when it's wet.

Service was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the bed sheets are very old and used. Fitted sheets will not stay secured to mattress. The sheets were fresh and clean but need new sheet replacements. I highly recommend this hotel and their breakfast quality was the best. It was so good, I left a tip for the employee that was cooking.

Property was very clean.I stayed on the “no animals floor”.I would recommend new mattresses on the pull out sofa beds.Price is good for the area hotels,convenient location to all things Dothan!My 3rd stay since discovering this property.

Not a bad place to stay for the price. The beds were very comfortable to me. My complaint is that we were placed in a handicap bedroom and the shower was a disaster. It looked nice but it was poorly designed. Water stood in the base of the shower as I showered, and it covered my feet....which freaked me out. Also, there was a yellow liquid that stained the toilet, but it was explain to me that the liquid was a cleaning solution that was left behind. All in all, I'd probably stay there again due to the staff being very willing to accommodate and their politeness.

I stayed for a weekend because I recently had surgery at a nearby hospital in the area. Stayed there in case I had an emergency and had to go back to the hospital. Best Western was nice and quiet exactly what I needed. Their breakfast was fabulous!!!

Our stay was a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful. This Best Western very modern and clean. One of the better breakfast served. We travel a lot and this location has been the best.

The room set up and layout was awesome for this trip with my Mom. The room was dated and since it was pet friendly you can see some wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Service and breakfast was great.

The staff was Very Friendly and easy going. The establishment is clean and easy to understand. The breakfast options are verified and delicious. My was there for a funeral, so we had my father’s little dogs with us. The establishment is pet friendly. Some of the room fixtures are showing a little where but you really have to look for it.

Worked for a Night
One night stay on our way home from up north. Hotel is a little dated. Not dirty, but kind of dingy. Room was large, but bed was definitely in need of new mattress.

The Toliet wouldn’t stop running. The sink wouldn’t drain. Carpet was dirty and roach crawling on table in bedroom. Terrible maintenance!! BUT the breakfast was Great and the Staff were so nice. Fix the maintenance and we will be back. Not until then though.

I’ve stayed here numerous times. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Large breakfast variety but not anything special. The location is perfect. You can walk to a couple restaurants, grocery store and Walgreens if need be. Quiet and safe with lots of grass for kids or dogs to play.

Great Hotel
Enjoyed my stay the only thing I didn’t like was that the room was handicap and everytime we showered the floor flooded. The breakfast was amazing and so was staff.

Disappointing
This was our 2nd stay but we were disappointed this time. There was an unpleasant odor in the hall & room, the room itself, while cool was too humid. Air felt wet. Carpet felt damp. We had a family above us with loud children & made a noise complaint but the noise never decreased. That may not have been the hotels fault but it was annoying. I wouldn’t stay again for fear of the humidity issue.

I met 2 staff, one clueless, and the other indifferent. Handicapped room has NOT been properly maintained, very rough, shabby appearance around the shower, and one lamp in the bathroom had a burnt out bulb that I had to change myself by climbing onto the shower chair.

Disappointing
The first room that I received smelled like mold, the air conditioner was barely running and making a horrible noise, and it looked like blood on the curtain. Told the front desk about concerns and she graciously changed my room. Second room had something red stained into the carpet, leftover food in the refrigerator, something red smeared on the bathroom light switch and something brown spread on the wall.
