Thank you for sharing your feedback and my profound apologies for the inconvenience caused. While I am sure you are aware that the check-in time for the Hotel is 15:00 hours local time, our team tried to assist you with accommodation when you approached the reception at early morning hours. Something we always try to do but depending on occupancies is not always possible.
On a brighter note, I am glad that you enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, buffet breakfast, and our colleagues’ genuine warm hospitality.
