Je recommande
Bon séjour dans l’ensemble dans cette hôtel. Personnel au petit soin. Je suis arrivé le matin donc pour accéder à la chambre on m’a demandé des charges en plus... dommage. Restaurant de l’hôtel très très très bon, cuisine de qualité. Pour le lunch un service beaucoup trop long j’ai du attendre 1h avant de manger mais un employé m’a dédommagé qui montre une très bonne réaction de leur part. Chambre propre et grand, belle piscine. Environnement très bien. Je recommande cette hôtel.

Something we always try to do but depending on occupancies is not always possible. Grand hotel, personnel très serviable et professionnel. Un point positif pour le sauna hammam Un point négatif pour le chauffage/clim que l'on a pas reussi à régler Chambres très spacieuses, literie confortable. Mini bar plein et pas très cher Wifi qui fonctionne bien lobby + chambre Pas très loin de l'aéroport et du souk Mais pour se déplacer mieux vaut être véhiculer

court séjour a doha, le copthorne a fait l'affaire mais il n'est pas très bien situé. la chambre est confortable sans plus, le wifi est rapide, je n'ai pas testé les restaurants ou le petit dejeuner ni la salle de gym...bon rapport qualité prix et ça s'arrête la.

Have been assigned a room for disabled people with no closets, no shower glass, no bathroom racks. The room was stinking cigarettes and worst for a disabled people room, phone was not even working. I claimed twice to change room and to have the phone fixed. NOthing happened.

Overall the hotel is clean however is not well maintained. The bathroom in the hotel room is very run down and old. When asked to change the room due to this, the staff did not accommodate. Location is not the best in Doha but it was good price and clean hotel room.

Great location, staff, and spacious room
This was a great stay. The hotel was only one block away from a metro station so I took the metro from the airport to the stop near the hotel and walked. The hotel staff were fabulous! The room was spacious and equipped with a mini refrigerator and in room coffee. The only complaint I would share with the owners is that the carpet is filthy with stains all over.

Das Hotel liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß von einer Metro-Station (Airport-Linie) entfernt. Die Klimaanlage und das Essen waren sehr gut. Schlecht: Für einen Früh-Check-in wollte das Hotel den doppelten Übernachtungspreis haben. Unverschämt!

Well..
The standard of the room was ok, but kind of woren out(There were spots all over our bedroom floor) The service was ok but kind of strange and cold. If you don’t want guest during Ramadan then don’t have rooms available! We ordered food from a delivery service. This was definetly a pluss for the total experience. Great flavours.

The bathtub was extremely slippery, especially for elderly people. It needs a rubber mat or some rough texture on the bottom. N. American people are expecting to have "face cloths" in the bathroom. We aren't use to having to wash our face with the corner of a towel. Since breakfast is part of the price of the hotel, if we must check out even before breakfast time, couldn't we have a discount or else be offered a muffin or something free of charge? The high price of the two croissants I bought there at night when we checked in, was totally unreasonable. Irfan was nice, but ridiculously, for no reason, suddenly announced he was up-grading our room to one with a balcony. It was late at night when we arrived and we'd be leaving before it even got light so what was the motivation for this generous sounding "upgrade"? We didn't so much as open the drapes.

Although, the hotel room is out date, but location is good near metro, and pillows are very comfortable. The service from the front desk (especially from Gamal) and security teams is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and the service team is tentative, and prompt. Highly recommended.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!
Paid a fortune to stay here as no other hotels were available due to World Cup. Hotel is meant to be a 4 star but wouldn’t even class it as a 3 star. - Carpet in room was dirty and coming off the floor. - Didn’t even have a built in fridge was just left on the floor next to desk. - Safe wasn’t working, concierge was told and came to fix it. 10 minutes later stopped working again. - Room smelt of cigarettes. - Was charged full price for a massage when it clearly states guests get discounted rates. When told about this they asked me to get a drink from the hotel shop instead of giving me the money back. In the end I had to settle for a free transfer back to the airport. - Tv signal was terrible. Couldn’t watch anything clearly, screen was very fuzzy and kept cutting out. - Hairdryer was rubbish and didn’t any others to replace it with. Would NOT recommend this hotel and will definitely NOT stay here again!
