The room was not as pictured - it had an outdated fridge (white and discoloured), the bathtub stopper was broken, the chair was tattered and ripped, and the halls constantly smelt either of cigarettes or feces. However, the front desk person with the piercings was the worst part of the trip and why we left to stay somewhere else. We were here for 2 months as we were in a weird gap between houses. This person was rude and condescending and even harassed us in our room once to kick us out for not paying - even though we had the receipt and did. When she realized her error, she didn't even apologize but got more angry. Do not expect coffee as they say they have, popcorn, or any real amenities. Also they have been doing construction for over two weeks and are not done so it was noisy literally all day every day.

This place nickel & dime you from the moment you check in. No where on website does it state 150.00 hold and they do not release until 7-10 days later. Also they charge 75.00 for pets. The walls are paper thin, I heard everything. Beds were not comfortable. They charge 5.00 a day to leave your car in the parking lot. It is better than Roof end, but nothing special. Elevator carpet soiled, no daily cleaning throughout property.

The 150 is the incidental hold that we place on each guests card at check in. We release that hold upon checkout and your bank typically take 3-5 business days to release it back to you. Our pet & parking fee are both listed on the Expedia website.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed in had somewhat worn furniture but was clean and well kept. The walls were a bit thin but not disturbing. I could sleep without a problem. Some updating work was going on and was sometimes disturbing. It's a dog friendly hotel so you will see dogs, but people seem to handle them well. The exercise room was nice. Sometimes I needed to get help from staff to get the treadmill working but, on the whole, it was ok because there were other machines to use. I would use them again.

Igot mu 1st room and it smelled like smoke, so they gave me a second room and it was bettrr but still smelled strange. (Ursula was amazing). Then at 8:30 for no reason a "house keeper " just opened the door without any warning and walked away. (I have license to carry by the way) that could have ended horribly. But he had no cart 🤔 . Not a good experience. Towels were mix match.

The drain in the bath tub was not draining properly. It probably had too much hair in the drain trap. You stood in a lot of water during a shower. The body soap dispenser was empty. The washing machines needed an ap to pay for their use. No exhaust fan for removing shower steam so the room was muggy.

This would have been a nice simple place to stay except for the heating fan being set at maximum and being very loud every 5 minutes and the refrigerator sounding like a diesel truck firing up when the compressor came on in room 117. Not helpful when needing a good night's sleep. Everything else was great.

I don’t think asking “did you need something “ when a person approaches the front desk is very professional or friendly. Dropping the room keys on the counter not saying a word is also incredibly rude. The ridiculous $5.00 per night parking fee is one of the stupidest ideas I have ever heard of. Is this hotel that desperate? One would logically think that parking is included with the room. Whoever thought this was a great idea is the person that steps over dollars to pick up dimes. The $5.00 parking fee has cost this hotel hundreds of dollars as we will never book with them again. What’s next a per towel fee? A fee per flush? Oh how about a fee every time the door key is used?

It started out okay until I realized the room I was in is an adjoining room it was like I was there with someone else and then I interacted with a guy named Jordan this guy has the most horrible customer service ever I will not stay there again because of him and I don’t know if it was me or if it’s just this person and unfortunately I had to interacted with him again on my departure I simply wanted a receipt of my stay I’m a travel nurse and I ask for this at all times but he refused I feel he was just giving me a hard time. I stayed there back in 2021 and I was charged for things that never applied to me and it took almost a year to refund my money but I’m done because of this guy I will never stay there again.

Adjoining rooms have a lock on each side of the door ensuring the guests safety at all times. As for the receipt, Jordan handled the situation as trained, your reservation was prepaid through Expedia therefore you would have received a receipt through Expedia when booked. We wish you good luck in your accommodations elsewhere.

We use to stay here when I was another hotel company pre Covid, everytime we came to Michigan to visit family. So making our first visit since Covid we decided to stay at our usual hotel. First couldn’t find it then heard it changed names. But what a big change. The difference in service and cleanliness doesn’t compare to what it use to be. Now I don’t feel safe to walk in or out of the hotel. When you use to come in after hours you can always see or be greeted by someone in the office. Now silence. We stayed on the first floor usually in the same room for some reason. But the hotel and room feel damp and musty. Sad to say this would be the last time I stay at that hotel.

This suite was reserved specifically for three people. There were only 2 pillows and no extra blankets for the pull out bed. We had to purchase our own pillows and blankets. Staff were very rude when we inquired about these essentials.

Internet was intermittent at best. Garage was left in the garbage can. A lightbulb didn't work. Front desk staff was so-so. Not nice (not mean ... but just going through the motions). I rarely give reviews...but this was a marginal hotel. Barely acceptable.
