Appartement hotel très propre et très bien équipé
C'est un appartement hotel. Ma chambre était en fait une chambre à coucher, une sdb séparée et une grande pièce composée de salon et cuisine toute équipée. Bon état de l'hotel, salle de fitness impec, petit déjeuner très correct. Seul bémol, il n'y a pas de bar ou d'espace restaurant dans l'hotel pour le soir.

I had several weird occurrences happen in my room. Each night progressively got worse. I stayed for five days. I had weird noises, as though someone was walking around my bed, hand pressures around my body as I was trying to sleep, mattress shaking under me, creepy shadow hands dangling above my head on another night, and on the worst day, as I was showering, it was though a hand was reaching forcefully through the shower curtain! Don’t stay on the third floor. The whole room felt energetically dark and creepy. Maybe I’m sensitive to spirits ….. but I’m pretty sure there’s a demon or ghost lurking in the room 310.

TERRIBLE
This place is a dump. Stinks in the entire hotel, stained carpets, broken doors, mouldy shower, stinky bed. Sketchy people in lobby. No breakfast. Never stay here. We actually had to leave to stay at another hotel and this place wouldn’t even refund us. Horrible.

We explained to you yesterday when you extended your stay that we do care and we are waiting for our technician to repair the locks on the door in which we discussed. You get what you pay for. Just ok.
Unprofessional desk staff for check in and check out. The bed was very hard and hurt both of our backs. The closet smelled like pee. Otherwise, it was quiet and near the freeway and plenty of places to eat. I was also very affordable and we felt fairly safe. It was ok for a quick llace to sleep but because of the hard beds we wont be staying here again.

The hotel isn't bad, but definitely needs some upgrades. The room I stayed in the door was stuck to get in or out. The room was decent though. Separate sleeping area was great. Would stay again.

Run far, far away from this place!
My family and I stayed over Labor Day weekend and I cannot believe the price we paid for such a dirty, smelly, uncomfortable room. What really sealed the deal for a 1 star rating was that a front desk worker (heard her tell someone else she was from corporate) would only give us 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us staying. So we had to share towels! There were mystery stains everywhere, floor to ceiling. Mold in the bathroom. They can’t even invest in a magic eraser to remove the dirt from around the door handles or light switches. The only positive thing I can say is that the Friday night front desk worker came in and unclogged the tub drain for us, which should not have been her job! This place really ought to be condemned.

Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to front door. People smoking 10-15 feet from entry. I alerted staff but no change during our 3-night stay. Lobby and hallways were worn out and carpeting very dirty but room was quite clean, to my surprise. Staff members were pleasant. Towels and sheets were terribly thin and worn!!

Checked in at 4pm rooms weren't ready. Gave us 2 different rooms and one of the rooms the old bedding was laying on a chair and the bed was unmade.

Service was fine, but did not like location it felt very unsafe, unsupervised children , 2 scary big dogs(Dobermans) came into the lobby and one of the dogs even touched me, the owner didn’t even say sorry, there was it spots in the ceiling of the lobby, there was a funny smell as well, in the parking lot there was a note stating that the hotel is not responsible if a car get damaged or stolen. There was also a black mini van that seemed to be broken into, that had a black bag bag over drivers door and looked like if it has had been sitting there for a while. We decided not to stay we check in and checked right out did not even go into the hotel room

Get me out of here!!!!
The room smelled horrible. There were stains all over the carpet. The bed was literally caving in. It was so uncomfortable. We would have left and found something more accommodating but we arrived late at night and needed to leave early. Don’t ever book a night at this hotel!!!!!

Disgustingly Filthy Hotel
The room was dirty and smelled horribly of smoke. The toilet was super wobbly and didn’t feel like it was screwed into the ground. The amount of grime layered on all the surfaces was disgusting. We didn’t end up staying, we checked out same day after only a few hours. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought maybe i was getting a good deal on the room but in reality I paid for what I got. I rented a room with a queen and as well as a sofa pull out. The bed was ok but the sofa hadn't been cleaned in some time. The sofa had a couch cover because the cushion was falling apart. After pulling out the bed from the sofa the sheet was filthy which indicated nobody changed it. I did request extra sheets and an additional pillow as there weren't enough. The lady at the front gave me extra sheets and had said she would deliver another pillow but never did. The room was dirty with cob webs and the kitchen and bathroom floors were slick like they were cleaned with oily water. The door used to enter the hotel near our room had a sign that said it was locked 24 hrs. but it didn't shut on its own like it was supposed to so it would stay a jar. The door to our room was difficult to open as sometimes the lock wouldn't unlock after swiping the key and it wedged shut. The door was suppose to shut on its own but because it was wedged it would not close all the way unless you did it. I would not recommend this place.

Completely disgusted
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked a room here after trying several others that didn’t have any vacancies. The whole place smelled of stale smoke and bleach. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom, nor my friend’s who stayed on a different floor. Three lights in the room didn’t work. Chair near the bed was covered in “questionable” stains. Fan cooling the room blew the drapes, which were sticky and appeared stained from years of cigarette smoke. I didn’t feel that the curtains adequately covered the windows. The phone was missing buttons. No drain stopper in the bathroom sink. Coffee maker only brewed about 1” of watery coffee. Bed was lumpy, creaky, and uncomfortable. There were several cracks on the walls in the main room and bathroom. There was a strange hole on the wall next to the bed that I seriously thought could be a bullet hole. Room smelled awful. Luckily I had Febreze so I sprayed that everywhere. Hairs on toilet seat. I just had a horrible dirty feeling about the entire place. I would have switched hotels but there were no vacancies at any of the ones close by. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and the location was good for where I needed to go. However, there was so much bad that outweighed the good. I’ll never stay here again, and strongly caution anyone else against booking a room at this hotel.
