« The physical infrastructure of this hotel is in okay shape (but not great shape). Where the hotel really disappoints is in service. The staff are not well trained, and systems are not in place for reasonable performance. « the only positive thing to say: the staff is pretty friendly and helpful. everything else was just very bad and we were deceived, it was not at all how we expected. it's a new (or renovated?) "hotel" (actually it's more like a guesthouse). but it isn't in a very good condition. when I took my shower, the installation of the shower fell on me! also there are cables in the shower cabine?! the bathroom had an horrible smell that didn't go away. « This is a villa converted to a hotel. The have only 4 rooms. The description is misleading. Too expensive. Does not worth it. It should not be rated more than 1 star! The view from the room (Delox twin) is totally obstructed. It smells terrible! »

« This place was a disgrace to the name hotel and to hotel.com. The building is old and neglected and there is only one room for rental. The room is very dirty and very dark. Many of the fixtures in the bathroom are broken. The water pressure is very low and there is little hot water. The only staff member present 24 hours a day is a young boy of 17. « We had a lovely stay at this delightful bungalow which was the ex governors bungalow built 110 years ago. Very friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable preparing packed breakfast for our early start to Hortons Plains. »
