« We arrived late from a very long journey from south east England so we're tired and hungry on our arrival ,Moya and her husband Mark gave us a warm welcome and we're so extremely kind making us a food parcel to make a meal out of to save us venturing out after 8pm when not many shops open or around in the village. « Très bel établissement dans la campagne du Yorkshire où on peu profiter du grand calme. Les lieux ont fait l'objet d'une rénovation mêlant agréablement la modernité avec une vieille bâtisse. Le staff est amical et aux soins anticipant même les demandes. Les chambres sont impeccables et permettent de se sentir dans un cocon moderne. L'hôtel possède sont propre centre de remise en forme avec salle de sport, piscine, jacuzzi et sauna. Même s'il peut paraître vieillot, une nouvelle construction...

« I enjoyed my stay. It was a classy place, tidy and clean with a really nice bar / lounge and restaurant area. The room had all the normal expected amenities, and the bathroom had both bath & shower. The downstairs bar, lounge and restaurant were also very pleasant. The staff were 1st class, polite, cheerful and helpful. However my only negative is that is was massively overpriced for what it was. « This was pur first time at Swinton Park and we'll definitely be back. Our room was beautiful, the grounds are great with plenty of things to do and enjoy and the food was amazing. The best part of our stay had to be the spa though, really well-appointed with lots of attention to detail. We were both super relaxed and sleepy after just a couple of hours. »

« What can I say. Our stay was one of the best, if not the best stay I have ever had. I love this hotel. Beautiful grounds, beautiful food, beautiful building. I want to give a special mention to Thomas and Flo on reception. They were incredible. Breakfast to go was ready for 5.00am (we were hiking the three peaks) and nothing was too much for these two staff. Flo was so helpful and friendly and Thomas was such a delight to deal with. The spa: WOW! Pricey but worth it. Wonderful. I’ll see this...

« Too expensive for what you get. It looks like they have started the refurbishment and have stopped in the middle. The bathroom was old and dingy and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast was poor. The lady at reception didn't explain anything (for instance, how do you get to the spa). There were literally no signs in the whole hotel (no signs to reception, for room numbers, to the lift...). Get by by yourself! The seaviews from the room were excellent. »
