Cet hôtel est largement défraichi et surestimé. Accueil non professionnel (deux heures d'attente pour avoir la chambre...) et réceptionniste incompétente. Mobilier vieillot et abimé dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner inexistant et musique tonitruante dans le hall. Ne justifie absolument pas son prix.

I loved the vibe of this hotel. The staff was super helpful and it felt very safe. I also really loved the quality of the pillows.

I learned that the Magnolia hotel was built first in 1910 as a Bank and a family bought the building in 1995 and converted it into a hotel. This hotel has character and history. The hotel is conveniently licated near the conventiin center and just a walk away from Union Station. Cons: one elevator was undergoing renovation and the other 2 elevators were very busy. This is understandable. Love: the hotel offers coffee and tea with a variety of milks to choose from in the mornings. In the afternoons they offer cookies and milk. The gym has a set of weights, 2 benches, 2 peloton bikes, a couple of treadmills, area for yoga etc, and locker rooms. The gym has towels, water and fruits. Is well maintained and clean.

This is a great hotel, the rooms are nice and spacious and very clean with decent amenities. The elevator situation is poor, only seems to be one working. The surrounding area has an abundance of beggars and junkies, I’m all actuality downtown Denver is dirty and doesn’t have much to offer.

We have 3 elevators total in the hotel but one is currently down being modernized. This is a lengthy project but the goal is to complete the modernization of all 3 elevators to enhance the guest experience. We do hope you would consider staying with us again in the future.

Staff were great! The restaurant Harrys has awesome breakfast. The coffee shop fluid — has the best chai latte!! Location was great to convection center and restaurants. I only wishes I had a fridge in the room. Overall, it was a great stay.

Only one parking garage connected, with limited parking and $30 a night. Cheaper parking was near by but hard to find. The side of the building my room had lots of outside noice in the morning. I was woken up by train/trolley early in the morning. Overall good experience and in walking distance to restaurants/bars and even coors field.

The Magnolia is conveniently located. The room was well appointed. There was only one elevator working when we arrived but it was later remedied.

We didn’t like that there wasn’t a small store on the property and that there wasn’t an ice machine handy. Had to call the front desk to get a bag of ice whenever we needed it. It was a bit lacking in amenities. Had to leave the hotel to even pick up a bottle of water. There wasn’t a refrigerator or mini bar in the room either.

Horrible experience with the room we were assigned. First floor room with constant noise coming from the outside. Train, train horn, traffic and people’s voices from the side walk kept us up both nights. Do not get a room on the first floor. The pillows were big and bulky, very uncomfortable.

We spent a week in April. Had the best experience. Room was a lil warm for my husband and they accomodated. The valet found our lost phone to us. Parking in the area is tough and you will pay but the valet parking at Magnolia was worth every penny. I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you. We havent taken a vacation in a long time and our time there was great.

This hotel is o.k. Reception was lukewarm at best. We always seek out dog friendly places to stay when we travel. Unfortunately there is no close area to bring the dogs to potty that has grass and is safe. The room was clean, but no extras like fridge, coffee, ice bucket or glasses. Whenever the heat or a/c comes on it is extremely loud and woke us up. We travel to Denver every month and will not stay here again.
