Paying to park in an unsecured lot right next to a 7-11 and restaurants is a joke. And my room had a view of the parking canopy roof and I was next to the elevator room so you heard the elevator going all night long.. won’t be staying again.

When we arrived, there were other people waiting already. We waited over 30 minutes, after a long day of traveling, to see a worker and be greeted. To help make it up to us, we were given free parking to replace the $12 a day parking fee. Once greeted, our stay was great. The room was clean, the shower was warm and had great pressure, and the free breakfast was fantastic.

The property is dated and the rooms or dingy. For example, the wall paper and carpet is tattered and torn. The lighting and the bathroom is dim and there is not lighting in the shower. I will say the bed was comfortable and clean but that should be expected. Overall the price did not meet match the quality.

Only surprise is that we had to pay for parking, we were not asked or told at check in. Fee was $12.00 but they charged another $5.00, not sure why. Cost us $17.00 for 1 night.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. There have been some changes this year. Parking is no longer free and must be paid for via an app. The included breakfast was previously really excellent but this year it was poor with a very limited selection The rooms are clean and warm and comfortable and the hotel is in a great position, handy for the airport and with a selection of eateries in easy walking distance.

I booked and paid for a room with a king sized bed. When i checked in they gave me a room with full size bed, not even queen size. I told the desk clerk i booked a king. He said the website always over books and this is all he had to give me. Sounds like "bait and switch" to me. There was no shuttle from the airport after 12 pm. I had to take a taxi at 1 am. Very dissapointed. When i booked and paid for my room there were warnings that my reservation could not be cancelled and i would forfiet the cost of the room unless i purchased the "insurance". Where is the insurance from Hyatt that they would Honor MY reservation?

Waited 35ish minutes to check in at 1am when we were exhausted and ready to sleep. Breakfast did not look like the photos online it was skimpier. The bed was super uncomfortable. In the morning there was a random women sitting at the end of our hallway that ended up being casually escorted out. It didn't say that we had to pay $12 just to park at the hotel, that's ridiculous I'm already paying to stay there. It also forced us to pay for a whole 24 hours of parking when we were there for maybe 10 hours. Overpriced for what it was I won't stay here again.

Excellent customer service!
All the customer service was excellent. We did have problem with hot water but had to catch an early flight so we couldn’t give them a chance to fix. So my husband had a cold shower.

Only paid parking!
Had to pay additional to park at the hotel we already paid for. Then, the fire alarm went off at 2am with a 4 year old and a 2 year old that had to get up at 5:30am for an international flight. Alarm went off as we were walking out of the room to evacuate, but the damage had already been done.

Firs of all I can not speak highly enough about the staff. Front desk, cleaning staff and the woman that ran the breakfast area were top notch. I had a problem with the ac in my room and it took two nights to rectify. In the end they more than made up for me being uncomfortable for that period. I would stay there again.

The name Hyatt means nothing these days. The place is a dunp. Even the lobby furniture is wobbly and old. I was there for 2 nights and my room was not serviced a single day. One of the days a cleansing lady showed up at 5:45 pm asking if I wanted my room cleaned. I had been gone all day since 8 am. She. I asked why my room was not cleaned earlier she said she had just started bet shift. The place is old, the rugs are dirty. The elevators smell like DDT. NEVER AGAIN!

For $100 you can’t do much better these days. It was certainly an older hotel. The pillows were average. The towels were nothing to brag about. The mattress was not suburb. Still better than motel 6.
