Hi Diana,Sorry about a few of my front desk. They were here working from Jamaica. A couple were very soft spoken and spoke rapidly. I also had a hard time understanding two of my front desk all summer, but I have bad hearing and figured I had to go get some hearing aids eventually here. Thanks for the great review on the property itself. No property in Denali has the river like we do. When one stands on their river deck, they see nothing but river and mountains, not one man-made thing.

Thanks for the great review Alfredo. Yes, we have limited lighting on the property grounds as all summer it never gets dark. It's only the tail end of our tourist season where we probably could use more lights. But we close for the winter in 2 days.

Right, we are limited on food service. We do have a convenience store, Liquor store and rent land to a food truck.

We are extremely up front on our WiFi service and its operation through Tengonet. You do have internet in your privacy of your own room. Most properties in Denali only have free WiFi in their lobby, not their room. Denali is very remote wilderness area, we charge for WiFi.

Hi Richard, no accommodation properties have AC in Denali. We have so few days above 70F a summer. Everyone needs heat. We do have big glass sliding doors with screens for a draft, everyone gets cold at night tho. We have gone to energy saver bulbs, they take a few minutes to warm up to maximum brightness. All rooms, cabins and campsites have good high speed WiFi. however, Tengonet based in Texas came up, installed 8 WiFi towers on our property and do charge a nominal fee for WiFi. We are very upfront that there is a fee for WiFi.

I'm sorry, if you would have told front desk, we possibly could have switched your room. We do that if possible. The Thai Food Truck is not operated by us, we just rent them the land. The Thai food truck is very popular for this area of Denali.

I'm sorry, you are doing our property review based on the fact we do charge a nominal fee for WiFi. We are very clear WiFi has a fee. Due to our remote location, we had to bring in an outside provider of WiFi. The fees are very small.

Hi Sonia, We do not have a 24 hour desk. Most properties in Denali do not. However, we give explicit instructions on the check-in process after hours. These instructions are in our short welcome letter we provide all Expedia customers. We provide your confirmation, the amount we charge your credit card and this: For late check-in (after hours); We have bright yellow property maps posted on our big cork board at the front entrance of our front desk door. Just pull the yellow map off the corkboard with your name written on it in black magic marker. The map clearly delineates where your hotel room, cabin or campsite is located. The room keys will be taped inside the map. It’s a very easy system to follow and no one gets lost. Just check-in the following morning with front desk. We left 5 maps on your check-in date. The following morning, only your map was ,left on the office door cork board. You could not have missed the map. No one does. You must not have gotten out of your car to even check and just drove away. We were all ready for your arrival. Your map and key were waiting for you.Scott Reisland-Manager

Hi Julio, All front desk employees provide you (all guests) with a yellow property map. Front desk highlights exactly where your room or cabin is located on the property. We also show you right where our Manager's House is located for any concerns after 9 pm when we close the front office for the evening. We all live right next to the hotel units, and have maintenance staff and housekeeping available for any after hour issues. We could have easily provided you with a couple extra electric heaters if you would have contacted us. Denali does start getting cold in the evenings, in September so we are prepared to provide more heat if needed. That's why we are there. We also have framed yellow maps on the reception door delineating exactly where to find us after hours. I'm sorry you didn't reach out to us. Scott Reisland-General Manager
