Attention c'est un hôtel boutique, et non un hôtel traditionnel. Pas d'accès facile en voiture. Pas de parking, on rentre par une petite porte .

Hôtel bien placé mais bien en dessous de standing
Hôtel situé sur Connaught Place donc central et bien placé mais c'est son seul atout. L'hôtel en lui-même est décati, les parties communes sont assez vilaines, le restaurant indien de l'hôtel est quelconque, chambre à environ 80 euros donc un rapport qualité prix vraiment pas intéressant.

Pour l'Inde, sans être dans un 5 étoiles, la propreté et la qualité du personnel est très exceptionnel.Le petit déjeuner est un bon exemple du petit déjeuner équilibré et très varié... là, encore l'attention du personnel aussi bien vis à vis du client que pour s'assurer de la tenue impeccable du buffet est rare...La cerise sur le gâteau : c'est le petit patio individuel qui prolonge la chambre ; il donne sur Connaught Place ce qui permet de profiter de la vie de la ville et des odeurs si particulières à l'Inde (aucun problème de bruits pendant la nuit, dû sans doute à une insonorisation de qualité.

The staff were a highlight, especially Sanjay who sorted an inexpensive taxi to the airport. Also after 2 weeks in India and many hotel breakfasts I had THE best cheese omelette here ! We appreciated the apples and other treats. Would recommend this hotel :)

Rooms are not sound proof main gate side
Rooms main doors are not sound proof. I could hear all the noise of outside in my room such as continues closing of other nearby rooms specially in the night . Also noise of cleaning at 3 am in the morning as well as ringing bells of near by rooms. Thats why i woke up multiple times and compliant to the staff. After that i could sleep finally.

we were very well looked after by all staff. Breakfast was good with sitar and tabla in background,, dinner at The Great Kebab factory was excellent with amazing Ghazals by Janab Shiraz Ahmed. However one person stood out and ensured our welfare at all times was Kiran our manager. We loved it so much that are returning in a few days on our way back

I stayed for 4 days and found that each day I had something or the other problem. First 2 days water logging in bath area that drain away after 30 mins. I felt like taking bath in pool. for two days my room intercom was not working. Housekeeping will either forget keeping soap or shampoo or towel mat. Food is very very average.!

Save your $ from this judgefree, poor hospitality
It was worst checkin and hospitality experience. The receptionist was not prepared and unable to help with ease. He kept on asking unrelated questions related to stay and other unrelevent information. The rooms are not equipped with microwave, and no common microwave available.
