I am glad that you had a comfortable stay at Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.
However, as per our investigation, it is been learned that you did not avail the hotel car for the airport transfer which was included in your room package. Also, it has been observed that you had utilized an outside cab with a commercial number along with the guest accompanied by you and hence you were charged by the outside driver.
I do hope this clears your doubt.
