Très bon hôtel.. Chambre très bien. Restauration très bonne. Hôtel adossé au Pullman avec des installations partagées. Bon compromis qualité prix même si quelque peu vieillissant (de l'ordre du détail mais on a l'impression qu'il y a quelque chose sous la moquette quand on marche dans les couloirs des chambres qui fait un peu bizarre sous les pieds)

Confortable hotel
Confortable hotel. However, my transfer from hotel to airport was normally included in my room, but the driver insisted to be paid when we arrived at the airport. He insisted and we needed to pay 500 INR. Next time it would be good if Novotel reception tell us if we need to pay the driver again : this was not planned.

However, as per our investigation, it is been learned that you did not avail the hotel car for the airport transfer which was included in your room package. Also, it has been observed that you had utilized an outside cab with a commercial number along with the guest accompanied by you and hence you were charged by the outside driver. Le service à l'hôtel est impeccable. Ma famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants (entre 8 et 10 ans)) avons eu un excellent service. Les chambres sont très propre avec un excellent service. La piscine est idéal pour les enfants (note: dimanche soir, c'est un beach party pour adulte seulement). L'hôtel est proche du métro, d'un centre pour manger (food court), un magasin). Il est facile d'avoir un transport pour voyager. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix.

Got a pick up from the airport late at night. Very efficient. When arrived at hotel check in staff where very good. Got a good night's sleep in a large comfortable twin room. Got a late dinner at 1am through room service. Was very tasty. Got breakfast too and could not fault. Will be staying again before I fly back to the UK.

This is an extremely average property. It boasts 5-stars but no way by western standards is it even close. By Indian standards it is decent. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in Aerocity this was by far the worst of the three. I wouldn’t stay here again. The price was high for the accommodations. The gym/fitness center was the best of the three though. The hallways are small and narrow. The room was dark without enough lights. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The food costs were exorbitant and 2000Rs after taxes to drive 5 minutes to the airport. Very overpriced.

Not a good experience as I got a different hotel room than what I had booked for. I had booked for a standard king size room however what I got was a twin bed and was asked to compromise.

Good location near the airport. I like the Aerocity area. The room was quite small and the hotel layout is disappointing.
