au niveau du rapport qualité- prix, je dirai pas mal. Les personnels étaient vraiment aimables et gentils. La chambre n'avaient pas suffisamment de commodités mais tous dont on a besoin pour séjourner 1-2 jours. quelques bémols: 1) le wifi ne marche pas très bien et on ne peut se connecter qu'avec un appareil. 2) l'hôtel est mal placé pour trouver un taxi à louer. Mais l'hôtel vous aide à en réserver un si vous les informez en avance.

En fait, l'hôtel lance une promo à 7 euros et montre des photos qui semblent indiquer que tout est bien. Sauf que quand vous voyez que la chambre est minuscule comme une cellule carcérale, naturellement vous demandez à changer de chambre. Bien entendu, les portes sont toujours ouvertes, ce qui vous permet de voir des chambres beaucoup mieux que celle que vous avez réservée. Je considère donc que c'est un piège, car vous vous retrouvez à payer un prix deux fois plus important que ce que vous aviez envisagé au départ. En fait, si vous aviez su avant, vous auriez certainement choisi dès le départ une catégorie supérieure. Il serait souhaitable de demander au préalable la superficie de la chambre.

Great customer service but not well cleaned. To be fair this was a very cheap hotel and you pay for what you get.

everyone there, in summers, even in late September, first, don't choose single room without ac, especially room no. 311, opt for rooms with ac. Now about 311, it is topmost room, room is situated in midway, upside is roof and kitchen, downside is second floor. it is small, but the problem is it is very hot, no ventilation from anywhere, nor even a good fan, just a wall fan, and it gets more hot when the fan is on. The room gets heated from 3 sides including the roof. Food was very good. I couldn't stay, had checked out befor time, other rooms are good and were full, that's why i couldn't chang my room

The most disgusting and disgraceful hotel I stayed at during 8 months in India. The online booking we made was very clearly for an AC Room, but when we arrived at the hotel, the rude hotel manager refused to provide the room we had paid for. He demanded 40% increase in price to "allow" us to stay in an AC room, despite what the confirmed booking said. It was 38 Degree Celsius weather in Delhi summer. Even though there was NO ONE ELSE staying in the hotel, he would rather let the AC room sit empty than let us stay in it. Ridiculous! So we took the NonAC room, because 900 rupees was already a steep price for a hotel of this quality. The condition of the room was filthy and disgusting. It looks NOTHING like the pictures. The bathroom door was absolutely coated in mold, the exhaust fan was broken, and it smelled like suffocating mildew. The hot water heater was cracked and did not function at all. The walls next to the bed were oozing sweaty slime and coated with mysterious brown spatters. The blanket provided smelled like mildew, and the pillows also had brown stains on them. The fan only had one speed - slow. It was like sitting in a moldy sauna. We literally left after one night, and lost our money on the second night because the hotel was unspeakably disgusting and miserable in the heat. What kind of hotel manager would rather let an AC room sit empty rather than provide service that was paid for? Horrific, cheating, moldy, decrepit nightmare of a hotel. Never stay here

Dear Willie, Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. In reality it wasn't even the managers fault. There was some mapping issue that we were experiencing with Expedia. Due to this the Non AC rooms price was picked for the AC room. We do understand that it wasn't your fault so we simply requested for half the difference amount so that we could arrange the required room. We apologise for the inconvenience caused due to this. We even requested that you speak to Expedia regarding this and we would accept the solution provided but you didn't even contact them. With regard to the other concerns raised we would like to differ. We adhere to strict cleanliness standards and we do not have any room as described. We do understand your frustration and that you would like to take it out in the manner that you have. Very pleased to recommend
Great staff, friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile for you and you don't have to hunt them down to get your room cleaned. The restaurant serves tasty food, prepared how you like. I was the only westerner at the hotel during my stay so I got to experience a working class Indian environment. It's far enough away from the touristy area yet the rest of Delhi is easily accessible by bus and rickshaw. In fact, everything I needed was within walking distance. I stayed in the basic fan room, but although quite hot outside it was tolerable inside.

All over good hotel to stay.
Took this hotel for week and then extend for another week. Service is excellent and food is good. Great location and transport is easily available per request. Will come again if needed to stay on hotel at this location.

The experience was average. Because I didn't have a sense of distance I ended up booking here. It's quite far from the IGI, took me a 650+ cab ride. Not sure if I was charged a fair fare to finally reach to this unwholesome hotel. Whew! Price-wise a good one though.

decent stay for first few nights in Delhi. No cockroches or rats which is always a bonus:-) most staff speak english and are helpful when you ask. bed sheets and towels old and slightly eeky feeling but were not dirty.

I found the staff of this hotel to be among the most helpful and also professional of our whole trip, a fellow traveler recommended that we stay in Karol Bagh, and this one had a good price and good reviews. The neighborhood is much better than Paharganj and only a touch more pricey. Its calmer and also virtually no one trying to ask you for money. The only downside is that it can take a long time to get to the train station even though its close, if there is traffic it could take 30 mins to an hour.

good inexpensive hotel in old dehli
I stayed at the Sunshine for three nights. The staff are courteous and accommodating, they showed me available rooms and made sure I had one that was to my liking. The next day one of the staff took me to an agent who arranged my tours of the city- they made every effort to make my stay safe and pleasant. Some of the rooms are small with no windows, I ended up in a room with a small window onto a little courtyard. The room had a large bed and a bathroom with hot water. The hotel is on a quiet side street and even though there is a busy large street close by the nights were for the most part quiet. The is a comfortable, inexpensive hotel.

Great staff
I only stayed one day, but the manager of the hotel was the nicest man. He and the staff was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I had a very light flight, and was able to freshing up in spare room and still use their computer until I left. Plus they have large sellection of food on their menu and very good prices. Things are spicy so I should next time make sure I say something before ordering.

Very clean and good helpful staff
I have stayed 2 nights and 3 days in this hotel. Room was very clean and tidy although bit cold .. 24 hrs hot water was really very good. The staff and room service excellent and polite and also helped a lot to get taxi to airport and guidance was excellent by the reception in charge uncle he was very good at check in time. Amazing :-) :-) Love you Hotel Sunshine

But location is difficult to find 4-5km from the new delhi station,staffs are good and price is very reasonable. So I can reccomend you if you are looking forward cheep hotel in New Delhi.

初めてのインドで緊張していたのですが、夜遅くにホテルに入ると、笑顔で迎えてもらいホッと。 翌日、ホテルの管理者が「私たちは、あなたにデリー滞在を楽しんでもらえればうれしいです。ホテルのことその他なんでも困ったことわからないことがあったら何でも言ってください」と。15泊いい思い出ができました。

surprisingly happy with results
you really get what you pay for, however I must say that although the hotel esthetics were not up to par, for me what really made the difference was the people. The place is run by an all male team and as a woman traveling alone I look to stay in places that are safe, clean and secured and I felt that way at Sunshine hotel, also all the personnel was able to assist me in a very friendly, courteous and respectful way and that made a huge difference to me, if I ever go back to New Dheli, India I will definetely consider staying at the same place!

Personeel met persoonlijke aandacht.
Uitstekende low budget verblijf. Schoon genoeg, net genoeg, rondom het hotel genoeg plekken om te eten. Het personeel doet alles om een zeer aangename verblijf te verzorgen. Met alle problemen en vragen kon ik bij hun terecht. Ze denken mee en hebben goede ideeën over allerlei dagtochten en trips ook buiten Delhi. Zeer aanbevolen!

A little less value for your money!!!
The only thing thats excellent about the hotel is the room service. The taps were leaking. The room was too small. The bed was comfortable. I was charged for the breakfast, but it wasnt delivered. The guy at the receptionist table knew english and was useful to an extent. Room service is the only thing thats worthy your money. The hotel is in a market which is very useful. I felt it was a decent stay but a little less valu for ur money!!!!
