La chambre était extrêmement bruyante, avec une climatisation impossible à arrêter selon la direction de l'hôtel. Le transfert depuis l'aéroport proposé par l'hôtel était par ailleurs facturé en supplément à un prix supérieur à ce qui est habituellement facturé par les hôtels du même quartier (et beaucoup plus que les taxis prépayés à l'aéroport).

Hormis le personnel très sympathique, cet hôtel est trop cher : climatisation ancienne donc trop bruyante donc impossible à mettre pour dormir, lit petit, chambre très vieillotte. Pour le petit dej il faut demander à la réception que quelqu'un vous accompagne dans une salle ou il y a une table et 10 chaise. Pas de buffet mais un choix restreint entre petit dej indien ou 4 tartines et une petite omelette ... pas super copieux.

Grand Park Inn Delhi
Cet hôtel est sympa, le personnel surtout. Particulièrement appréciable étant donné que j'ai voyagé seulE. Les chambres sont spacieuses et plutôt bien entretenues. Par contre c'est assez bruyant (en même temps à Delhi, à moins de loger dans un cinq étoiles...)

The staff was great, all the staff people were great, really helpful, helped me with my last minute booking for extended stay. Nice and clean rooms. Highly recommend. 5*. The food was also great, home cooked food and quick service.

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Grand Park Inn
I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Park Inn in New Delhi's Karol Bagh neighborhood, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who immediately made me feel welcomed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the elegant and well-appointed lobby. My room at Hotel Grand Park Inn was nothing short of fantastic. The spaciousness and cleanliness were remarkable, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the room amenities provided everything I needed for a convenient stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my trip. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. The stay was over priced for the service we got. Not a stay that I would recommend to anyone. The rooms were dirty and were not cleaned on the second day. They don’t provide water bottles in the room for emergencies.

Spacious Hotel for Family in Delhi (Karol Bagh)
The hotel is located very near to Karol Bagh but in a area that is full of auto mechanics (car/motorbike/parts etc). So this place is dirty, crowded (everywhere in Delhi is anyway) and the roads are hogged with cars and motorbike (who come to repair/service their vehicles). Hotel room is big (really spacious) and I liked it as it was a group of 12 people who stayed there in 4 rooms (3 family, 1 single). But the beds and the bathrooms were no good. The bed was rock hard (very thin mattress), the bathroom we had an issue with the hot water. The hotel turns the heater off most of the time, you will have to inform them to turn it on to take a hot shower. We were there during the hot season so it was not really any trouble but it was a hassle to inform them. The food was good (rooftop restaurant) but the staff were always ready to cheat us for the beer (was Rs 50 on the bottle) but they charged us Rs 120 or Rs 150 or Rs 200 depends on who ordered it or how much they felt to charge. They also overcharged us for the food many times and we asked them to itemize it and then they will all go panicky about it as they know they have overcharged us and every single time they will return us the amount owed...More

Hotel Grand Park Inn gave us a comfortable stay in Delhi. The food at its restaurant was delicious and its facilities were good too! However, the heater was switched off at times. Hence, we had to inform them to switch it on, in which they did.

Need to tell them always to on the geyser for hot water and switching on the main A/C switch. Not very professional in this regards. Staff although is helpful.

Hotel staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel manager is fantastic, will organise driver/car for the day, recommend places to eat, opticians, tailor, chemist... anything you could possibly need. Do not exchange at the airport - Hotel will give you a great exchange rate.

Has all that is needed...but
The hotel was comfortable and the staff very very friendly and helpful. But the location sucked! It was in the middle of an area of concentration of motor parts and repair shops. Breakfast also poor. But if you want to experience normal India, that's the place to stay.

Stayed at grand park inn hotel for two days last month with close friends and relatives to attend some marriage function near by. Very awesome stay and hospitality is also up to mark. Will definatly recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

Me and my family liked it
Me and my family booked two rooms in this hotel and it was a joyful experience for us. Hotel helped to arrange a pick-up for us from airport which was hassle free. The room was already prepared for us and the check-in was very quick. We requested for rooms at ground floor to make it comfortable for my old parents, the staff went out of the way to help us. This explains customer service.

Airport Transfer wurde gebucht, ist aber nicht am Flughafen erschienen. Es wurde ein Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt, bei Ankunft war aber kein Zimmer mehr frei, so dass ich ins benachbarte C-ParkInn verwiesen wurde. Dies ist vom Komfort jedoch deutlich schlechter. Eine Entschädigung gab es nicht!

Helpful staff, lovely hotel
We booked this hotel the night before we arrived in Delhi and were delighted when we got there. The staff at the front desk are SO helpful and even gave us an info sheet on the hotel and basic things about Delhi, as well as a 'cheat sheet' on some words to use in Hindi. The helpfulness of the staff made our stay really fantastic, and they went above and beyond the usual service one would usually expect from a hotel. The room itself was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a nice bonus for our stay. The hotel is located in a nice area which is close to Old Delhi and many of the attractions we wanted to see.

デリーに滞在の時は毎年利用させてもらってます。建物の外観は大きくありませんが部屋の中はゆったりしています。スタッフは親切。タクシーの手配も敏速。厄介なモバイルの手続きも手伝ってくれます。短時間でしたがレイトチェックアウトは無料でした。メトロの駅まで7分、南インド系のスーパーマーケットまで1分、カロルバーグマーケットも徒歩圏内。朝起きるとWiFiがオフになってしまうのが玉に傷でしたが(笑)(リクエストすれば復活します)また利用します。

It is a hotel that you don't nt to stay in.
The smell o f the toilet was strong. Without a window or a an in the toilet, it seems it has nowhere to go. The hotel utility seems nor able to support te business, power off occurred at leat twice in the night I stayed in. The hotel locate in the middle of trashed streets, no fun even for an exploration.

Very helpful staff
The staff are lovely, saved us from a potential scam after we had arrived at 3am in Delhi. They were also very helpful with booking transport and hailing tuk tuks. The rooms are clean and the food is good.

Decent hotel in a market area
Did not spend much time in the hotel apart from sleep there at night. Rooms were clean, and ok. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast quite ok. The internet was free and fast when running, as I think the hotel switches it off by 10pm and switches it on again after 7am. However the speed was good when running.

We stayed at grand park inn for 3 nights in March 2014. Hotel is close to jhandewalan metro station (5 mins walk) and the list of pros pretty much ends here. Rooms are spacious enough. But hotel scores low on cleanliness. Towels, bathroom mats, bed sheets can also use a make over. Hot water stops after first guest takes bath. The roof top restaurant is also dirty though the food tasted decent. Major nuisance during the trip was that the wifi was not working for 2 out of 3 nights. Will not be going back to this hotel for sure.

Few nights in Delhi
The hotel Geand Park Inn, is a pleasant, clean place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we found the travel manager was very helpful in organising our transport arrangements and advising us on practicalities such as which platform to get our train from. The only downside is the location of the hotel which is rather unsalubrious and doesn't feel particularly safe. There's not a lot the hotel condo about that though. The other point I'd mention is that we found it very noisy at night, this is something they could do something about. Double glazing is a bit much to expect but an internal screen would serve much the same purpose and cut down the noise considerably. Overall, I'd say it is a value for money budget hotel. I've certainly stayed in worse places and payed more for the privilege.
