Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel moderne. Chambre confortable, bon petit déjeuner, personnel serviable. Bémol sur le quartier, très bruyant jour et nuit...et assez peu rassurant sur le plan sécuritaire, il faut rester vigilant.

Chambres plutôt propres, resto acceptable, mais n’attendez vous aucune aide des gens á la reception, ils ne répondent pas á vos questions ou ils vous envoi au travel office de l’hôtel. Je viens de terminer un tour que j’ai réservé via l’hôtel.. un vrai piège á touristes. je me suis fais avoir car normalement ca coute là moitié. Sinon le chauffeur était très bien!!! Mais je vous conseille de reserver ailleur.

L’hotel est très bien tenu, personnel courtois et serviable. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Accès rapide au métro express vers l’aéroport en rickshaw. Quartier populaire et très bruyant mais je n’ai eu aucun problèmes avec les locaux sauf avec les attrapes touristes qui m’ont suivie à chaque coin de rue. Ils veulent soit vendre des services soit vous amener dans des boutiques où ils ont des commissions.

Chambre confortable et plutot moderne Lit d'appoint confortable La chambre du rez de chaussee est bruyante à éviter Petit déjeuner buffet varie Seul problème rencontre : le transfert aéroport inclus dans le prix de la chambre : nous avons dû attendre une heure et demi à l'aéroport malgré notre réservation du transfert sur le site de l'hôtel !!! Service pas sérieux !

Good quality for the price
First time in India. Protected by security guard. Nice staff. Good food. Cleanliness room. Wi-fi was ok in the room but not fast. The only negative point is that be ready to hear all the sound of Delhi mean dogs barking and horns even in the night.

Hôtel confortable et très bien situé
Nous sommes arrivés dès 11h le matin et il n'y a eu aucun problème pour l'enregistrement et prendre possession de notre chambre, ce qui est très agréable après la nuit dans l'avion. L'hôtel est très proche de la gare centrale de Delhi et de la place la plus animée de la ville, commerces et restaurants. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel car il est également très proche de la nouvelle ligne de métro express en provenance de l'aéroport.

L'hotel City star est un des plus modernes du quartier. Il est tout neuf et joliment désigné. Surtout le service est extrêmement attentionné. Tout d'abord, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec le pick up à l'airport. Le chauffeur était là avec une pancarte. Puis l'hôtel offre eau et snack en "complimentary" (gratuit). Le rooftop est agréable et le petit déjeuner est complet. Les chambres sont confortables et bien insonorisées. N'hésitez pas à demander une chambre avec vue sur la rue, le spectacle de la vie qui grouille en bas est hypnotisant et cela permet une bonne acclimatation à New Delhi.

L'hotel est très bien. Le seul bémol est l'environnement de l'hotel. Il ne faut pas s'effrayer du bruit, de la saleté etc.. qui sont de toutes façons omniprésent en Inde. C'est donc un très bon rapport qualité-prix.

La déco de l'hôtel est sympa et le restaurant sur la terrasse très agréable avec des tarifs très abordables. En revanche, la chambre n'était pas très propre, notamment côté toilettes. L'hôtel semble récent mais les chambres n'ont pas l'air très bien entretenues. Chambre mal insonorisée (surtout embêtant la 1e nuit avec des voisins bruyants). Et même si l'hôtel est bien situé, en plein centre du Delhi, les abords directs de l'hôtel ne donnent pas très envie de sortir... Mais bon, pour le prix, on ne peut pas s'attendre à un palace non plus

Room was decent. And Service was good. Though a major street ran in front of hotel, room was quiet. Breakfast had few choices but it was actually tasty. Hotel is just a few minute taxi ride from New Delhi Railway station, probably biggest plus for hotel. One negative. Somebody rang my doorbell in the wee hours of the night.

The hotel was definitely not worth the price I paid, it probably rates more as a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. You wouldn’t wanna pay more than $5-10 a night for this hotel. The photos are highly deceptive and are misrepresentative of the actual condition. I initially received a room that smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working so they promptly switched me to a different one. Unfortunately within an hour the AC stopped working and the room was filled with the smell of cigarettes again. They took some time to switch me to a different room in which the AC finally worked. The staff were very kind and accommodating at the time, however not very efficient as it took almost an hour to get a new room. In seeing the 3 different rooms however, I noticed all of them had very old amenities, some chipped/broken. There were stains on the floor and furniture. The linens smelled like bleach and a low quality detergent. Apart from the staff on my first day, the rest of the staff seemed rude and very inefficient. I asked for a bottle of water on my second day and they didn’t send it until I reminded them an hour later. On the final day they called and rudely asked me to checkout merely 5 min after the checkout time of 12PM. Then at checkout they charged me for the bottles of water (which I was entitled for free bottles per my Platinum/VIP access thru Expedia). I would not recommend it to anyone. You would much rather spend a bit more in a better hotel in a better area of the city.

I can’t say enough good about this property. Everything, from the room to the complementary breakfast was just perfect. The staff was also attentive and kind. The only regret that I have that I didn’t Hotel City Star much sooner.
