« Cabin easy to find and looked just like the photos. Loved the property and how it was surrounded by trees. I thought my husband was going to have a fit when he saw the stairs leading up to the loft, and the short trek outside to the loo. But, he succumbed to the magic of the cabin and had a great time. « The cabin itself is super cute and had everything we could need. But "near the Mississippi River" is a very relative term and definitely does not mean "right next to/on." Not a huge deal for us...just a little disappointed no water view. If you love trains, this is a great spot!! Neither of these things happened for me and my wife during our stay here. I believe the description was undersold in the listing, since the property more than exceeded our expectations. However, there was a lot of noise into the early morning hours from the bar across the street in the one bedroom with a window facing the street.
