J'ai vraiment aimé mon séjour à ce motel et à mon arrivé dans la chambre je suis resté sans mots de voir comment la chambre étais vraiment belle il ne manquais de rien dans la chamre qound ma donner et j'ai très bien dormis et la connexion Wi-Fi aucun problèmes pour me connecté et j'ai toute faite à pied le deuxième soir pour aller explorer les boutiques souvenir et aller manger aussi et la piscine vraiment grande ,je me suis baigné à mon arrivée et la plage juste en arrière du Motel quoi demandé de mieux ...

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some concerns were safety were all related to the Boardwalk Inn but not really being able to do sunset on the beach due to the loitering of homeless people. Would like to see them add convenience of dining.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Shania at the front desk. She was wonderful to work with, super sweet, informative, patient and so helpful!!! She deserves props for her customer service. Our first night was rough as there were people in the middle of the night who were very loud. But after that night, we moved to an ocean view suite and it was perfect. Hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops.

Liked - check in staff were amazing, underground parking was great, security was appreciated, view from balcony, upgraded to beach view at nominal cubist, chairs and patio furniture on balconies, access to the pool and beach everything was great. And fantastic price!

I loved the accessibility to the beach! The security onsite was really nice. There wasn’t a lot of parking so we were leaving our keys with valet to double park our car. The bar was wonderful! The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. It was a great location for walking the beach.

Staff was incredible, everyone working the front desk deserves a raise. The rooms on the other hand are disgusting. Nothing is clean, smells like mold and they have cockroaches.

We enjoy staying at the boardwalk inn this will be my second stay. This stay was with our two year old son. I was under the assumption I booked a poolside ocean view room and called ahead of time to assure this time I had gotten it right. Upon arrival I was sadly wrong but it was a super easy fix with a 30$ a night upgrade which was fine to me. I mentioned 2 beds would of been great and ended up with a king room and the smallest room they have to haha. It’s the corner room beside the bar on the main level, you lose half the room size to the bathroom and bar for the public which was a little difficult with a 2 year old in the small space but we made it work! Overall the stay was amazing, staff is friendly and great. I would recommend they do something about that parking lot though haha it’s quite chaos.

You cant get pool access from your suite terrace, you have to go all the way around. Room was nice and clean though, staff very nice. They decided to do bush and tree planting out on our terrace 2 of the 4 days we were there which was kind of awkward to be sunbathing with gardeners standing all around. No beach access from pool because gates were locked due to people from beach walking up but they were minor inconveniences. Overall happy with the hotel.
