Chambre avec 2 lits doubles spacieuse et agréable. Une conciergerie efficace et à l'écoute. Piscine en terrasse avec vue impressionnante sur les gratte-ciels. Accueil : personne ne parle français, mieux vaut être fluide en texan si on veut tout saisir... intolérable dans un hôtel de cette gamme.

Beautifull Hotel!
This is the most beautiful hotel I have been in United States! The decor is amazing. My only two disappointments is first the food, they should consider that people staying there are not local. I'm not use to eat my breakfast with tabasco. The food should be more International. Second I had reserve a room with a view on the city and when I check in the lady told us that we would have a room with a view on a outside wall, I would have to upgrade to get what I had previously paid for.

As soon as you walk in the hotel you notice the amazing scent! The staff were great especially Jenna! She was so nice and helpful from beginning to end. Love her! Rooms were nice and clean. And the rooms get really dark which makes sleeping lovely. The ambience is wonderful. Nice and moody. Love love love. Will come back again!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. It is historic and one of a kind. The staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever met. The amenities are plentiful. You never have to leave the hotel. Everything is here. But the area around it is filled with homeless people and gives you very much unsafe feeling. You have to Uber to most places because of that. The hotel does offer a car service for anything within 3 miles so that’s wonderful to use. But keep that in mind when booking.

The Adolphus is a gorgeous, historic hotel. It's unfortunate that when Marriott acquired it, it did not renovate the rooms to the level the hotel deserved. Unlike the gorgeous areas in the lobby, tea area, restaurants, and bars, the rooms themselves were decorated with a hodgepodge of furnishings that looked like they were randomly acquired from a hotel furnishings discount emporium. The carpet and the headboard were particularly upsetting. Small details like a hissing toilet and a 1" projection of the bathroom faucet over the basin were particularly annoying- but I chose the Adophus knowing I didn't love the room decor. On the pleasant side, the bed was very comfortable and so they get points for that. The QR code for the dining menu is fine, but unfortunately there are abbreviations and zero description for what you are ordering and so the steel-cut oatmeal I ordered felt like it had milk in it and it took me some time (not being able to get a hold of room service) to determine that there was indeed oat milk in it, which was found by finally speaking to a manager, Donna, who was delightful. Descriptions must be added to the in-room dining menu! The steak and frites I had in the ground floor area were delicious. Dontrell, my server was also wonderful. Despite the decor in the room and the in-room dining snafu, I would stay at this hotel again for the absolute gorgeousness of the remainder of the hotel, it's walkability to the JFK site and other sites.

The noisy was ridiculous!!! The windows were filthy and no sound protection at all. The pillows had absolutely no body to them. Overall the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. Not to mention $3,000 for 3 nights I have zero interest in ever visiting Dallas because of this experience!!!

Overall, good stay. Comfortable bed and room. Lukewarm water in the shower for the full stay which was unfortunate. Called downstairs a couple times to let them know the shower situation, but it was never fully hot. Also, very noisy on street during evenings and we could clearly hear loud car noise from the 10th floor.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it certainly won't be the last. The valet parking garage entrance is chaotic, just being honest, but once you actually enter the hotel, the vibes are on point. It smells fabulous. The front desk is super friendly. The rooms are clean with great showers. Their French restaurant was delicious, and yummy drinks (including mocktails for expecting mama's like me) and most importantly, a good night's sleep.

It was a very expensive property and after arriving we found out that the plumbing and water would be off from 11pm-5am. And then I had an ice cold shower. Honestly the price was around $400/night and should have been around $125.

The view from room 334 looks out over the top of a lower level and the side of the building. There is no light and no view of the city. It was like staying in your grandmother's basement room. There was also no bathtub, only a shower, so it was a lot like being in the military. The staff at the desk were rude and unprofessional.

The Adolphus Hotel is a beautiful example of what a hotel stay should be. The gorgeous wood paneling, fireplaces, original tile floors, and furnishings transport you to a different, more luxurious time in our history. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Pedro went above and beyond anything we could have imagined- he not only personally escorted us to the Rodeo Bar so we could find it, but he also gave us a history lesson to boot. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Ok but expected more for that price.
Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place.

First time here
The hotel itself is very classy and the staff is phenomenal. The room, although lacking a tub, was nice and updated. There are plenty of amenities in the room as well. My only complaint was for a 5 star hotel the towels were small, thin and cheap like you might find at a Comfort Suites. The soap, shampoo and body wash in the shower was not to dissimilar from the towels. Bring your own supplies! We did try the restaurant for breakfast and the staff once again were phenomenal. The food however was meh…I had a ham omelette and it was overdone and slightly burned. It was served with a salad which was brown lettuce and vinaigrette. My spouse ordered the eggs Benedict which was served with about a 1/4” thick slice of ham and two eggs overdone and hard. The Rodeo bar served exceptional cocktails and the environment is sublime. Many cozy places to sit, fireplace…quite relaxing.
