Plutot que d’attendre 9h a l’aeroport entre deux correspondances surtout si la premiere est un long courrier , prendre une chambre sur plsce est plus confortable

C'est un standard de la chaine. Cher mais cela est probablement du a la proximité avec l'aéroport. Pas à reserver sauf si vous devez rester en transit. Le shuttle part toutes les vingt minutes. En arrivant appeler pour que l'on vienne vous chercher

Perfect in every way ! Loved the staff and all of the special attention we received ! Highly recommend as it was an incredibly perfect stay and so convenient to get to from the airport just a very short walk ! Loved it !!

The elevators were not working correctly and my room was 2 doors from the elevator. It was so loud all night I couldn’t sleep a wink. Totally defeated the purpose of staying close to the airport to get sound sleep for an extremely early flight. When I conveyed all of this to the front desk upon check out I was just told “ok”. Poor stay and poor service.

It's disheartening to learn that the noise from the elevator disrupted your sleep and lack of empathy by our front desk host when you reported it. Please rest assured we have addressed the elevator issue and have also shared your feedback with our front desk manager so that she can coach and counsel her team. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we regret that we fell short of meeting your expectations on this occasion. If you are staying to spend a night at the airport due to delayed/cancelled flight, be aware that dining options are severely limited later at night.

very clean and helpful. A nice break from the airport for a few hours for a comfortable and relaxing rest. Had a shuttle pick us up quickly from the terminal, and provided some complimentary toiletry items since we didn’t have our checked bags

Every staff person was kind , generous and extremely helpful. At checkin I was worried about the line behind me as I had several questions. The attendant said “you are my most important customer.” So reassuring and calm.
