The service staff is remarkable. Abraham and Cynthia were excellent. The facility even offers free breakfast and Happy Hour. Although it is conveniently located right next to Dallas Love Airport, there is no sound of airplanes flying overhead. They even have a shuttle to drive folks back and forth to the airport. Abraham, the shuttle driver, was especially helpful and guided us around the vicinity, since we were from out of state. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Good Stay
Really good hotel. Rooms are spacious and stay dark when curtains are closed. Breakfast is always good. We stay here quite often and will so again.

Disappointed that conditioner bottle in shower was empty and appeared to be food crumbs around the couch, missed when cleaning from prior guest I suppose. Seemed clean otherwise. Comfortable sleep. It was a good safe location and I would likely give this place another chance. I guess I expect the best at a deluxe stay…

Given wrong room. Twice. Booked a King. Hot two queen beds. Drain in bathroom were very slow. No lotions stocked. Wallpaper peeling. AWFUL

I checked in and reserved a spot on the next morning 4:30 am shuttle. The check in staff assured me I had a spot. I double checked several times with staff because I had an important flight to catch. They all advised me the shuttle would get me to the airport on time. The shuttle arrived, it was overbooked, and they didn’t have my name on the list. As a result I spent $$ on an Uber and barely made it on time to catch the flight. Furthermore the happy hour was a joke. Only chips and salsa…seriously? My room was exceptionally small, tucked far in some crooked corner, and yet I paid the same price as for regular rooms. I reserved Embassy Suites because I don’t drink, eat very little, and could easily get by with a snack from happy hour for dinner. Fail. I also reserved the early morning airport shuttle that would save me the Uber cost. Epic Fail. Bottom line there is much room for improvement with every aspect of my stay. I am planning to copy and paste this review on trip advisor, Google, and other review sites and avoiding this hotel that does NOT live up to their advertising.

This is a very nice hotel, the amenities are great and the customer service was on point. The reception was appreciated & the breakfast was AWESOME!! This will be my go to whenever I visit Dallas.

This Embassy Suites was very clean and quiet, which was everything we needed that weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Super clean and quiet stay. Lots of nearby shopping. Fast check in and friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious. Bathrooms were a bit troublesome with slow drains backing up in the tub as well as paint chipping off. The beds and sofa bed were not very comfortable but we managed to get some rest. Otherwise a good hotel.
