Great staff, only issue was the window in the hallway let a lot of light in which made it difficult to sleep. The rooms are a little small.

A comfortable hotel.
Hotel Formasa is a comfortable hotel. It has good service, and polite staff. It's a small hotel but werry comfortable and is placed werry central but not too sentral. So the noise is not bad.

Dear Mr. Okada, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We greatly value feedback as they help us improve. Please allow us to explain our building structure. Our front desk is situated in the second floor as the ground floor used to be another establishment. Due to a high demand for more rooms and a breakfast option, we recently renovated the ground floor to accommodate more guests and to provide an area where guests can enjoy their breakfast. We purposely situated our breakfast nook at the second floor so that guests can enjoy the relaxing farm view as they are having their meals. To make it convenient for our guests, we just tell them to dial "0" for any requests and our staff will be the ones to bring their requests to them. We offered to bring your requests to your room, but you insisted that you'll get it from the lobby, and we didn't want to impose any further. We wish you would have told us about your concerns while you were staying with us so that we could have assisted you better. Our Newly Renovated Deluxe Rooms have frosted windows so that guests can maintain their privacy as they are situated in the ground floor where a lot of people pass by. We try our best to accommodate all the suggestions of our guests and incorporate them in our hotel, and we have noted yours as well. Thank you again for your feedback as we strive to improve each day. We hope that through this, you are able to get a better insight on why our hotel structure.

It is a worst hotel..no slippers tv and telephone is not working , no blankets, no coffee maker, no bidet at cr, they made a housekeeping but not changing the bed sheet and towels and the breakfast is so bad

We apologize for the incovenience that you have experienced during your stay. At that time, there was an ongoing typhoon that resulted to a power outage in the whole town. Despite the electricity brought about by our generator, it was our TV cable and telephone providers themselves that were down. As we value transparency to our guests, we make sure that the amenities we provide in our rooms are listed in Expedia and our website. We have bidet and coffee makers in our suite but unfortunately, it is not the room that you booked. You may also find our coffee makers in our breakfast nook. Please note that our amenities are matched with the corresponding rates of the room, and the photos in our gallery do not reflect what’s inside every room as they are for viewing purposes only. We also make sure to regularly change our bedsheets and towels, and we’re sorry if you felt like they were not new. Rest assured, we have discussed this with our housekeeping staff. We pride ourselves for being one of the best and are usually known for our attentive staff and great hospitality. We are truly sorry that you felt differently. Your comments and feedback are well noted. We have seriously briefed the concerned team and we will take all possible measures to ensure improvements are made.
