Top : patio pour prendre l'apéritif très agréable et se détendre après les longues excursions. Restauration très bonne (petit déj et dîner). Bien situé près du marché et a 10-15 de la Plaza de Arma. Bémol : chambre un peu bruyante et petite et surtout manque de place pour ranger les affaires. En revanche bonne literie.

Nous avons loué une "supposée" suite dans cet hôtel (480$pour 3 nuits), ce qui est cher pour Cusco. À arrivée, on nous assigne une chambre, au rez-de-chaussée, donnant sur la rue, avec, comme seul éclairage naturel, une petite fenêtre de 60cm carré, fenêtre condamnée, probablement par sécurité et à sus du bruit incessant des claxons. En effet, l'hôtel est sur une petite rue très passante, qui ne permet qu'une seule voiture à la fois. Donc bruit infernal de claxons de 5h00 à 23h00 tous les jours!

Très bonne option pour un séjour à Cusco. Situé tout près d'un marché public et à 10 minutes à pied de la place centrale (plaza de Armas) Secteur tranquille, belle décoration dans la cour intérieure, grand jacuzzi disponible pour les clients (gratuit) Chambre bien aménagée, propre, avec mini bar et coffre de sûreté. Très bon déjeuner inclu (vous sélectionnez vos choix à la carte et l'heure la veille) Personnel attentif et souriant.

The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.

Basically, this is a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s in a good spot, away from the main square but close enough that it’s only a short walk. The hotel is generally in good condition and provides many nice amenities. The rooms we had were big, too. My only complaints go to the lack of air conditioning and the floor being quite dirty. Despite the fact that Cusco can get cold, our room was always really warm and without air conditioning or a way to open the windows we were consistently hot at night. Also, walking around the room within 15 minutes we’d find our feet to be black due to the floor seemingly being dirty. It seemed the floor had been cleaned before we entered the room but I’m not sure with what? Might want to pay more attention to this. That said, the baby Alpaca that is there in the mornings was an absolute highlight!

Charming hotel in a great, safe neighborhood. Included breakfast was amazing. The small touches, such as hot water bottles given each evening, water jug in hallway to refill your bottles, were very thoughtful and appreciated. All the staff were amazing and kind and helpful. Graciela and Regina were so pleasant and attentive and we enjoyed seeing them each day. Finally, the pet alpaca Kiki! We loved to see Kiki each day.

My friend got stolen 100 soles and didn't gave him a solution. The bathrooms are a safety hazard since it gets humid and the floor gets wet plus there is no feet towel and my friend got her knee hurt beacuse of it. The tv control, hairdryer, and fridge didnt work.

We enjoyed our stay here, we only did one night before we went up to Aguas Calientes but the free cooking class with trout ceviche and the cocktail tutorial for their area drink Pisco Sour was a great touch. The live music in the courtyard was really good his name was Peter, the ladies who helped during the class were Carlota and Nilda, very sweet and informative. The only things I’d say negative was that our floor in our room was quiet dirty like hadn’t been mopped and there was no air so it got really hot at night. The tiny windows didn’t let much air in to cool it off so it was hard to sleep. Other than that it was a nice place for the cost and the staff was really sweet, plus they have an Alpacha Kiki who was only 3mo old and so cute!

Llegamos a media noche luego de un largo viaje desde Machu Pichhu, lo que necesitábamos era descansar. Nos asignaron una habitacion sin ventilacion que no era la que habíamos reservado. Solicité que nos movieran y me aseguraron que la unica habitacion que tenian era peor... siendo tan tarde y estando tan cansada no tuve más remedio. La regadera tiene una gotera con ruido molesto. Como aspecto positivo la cama es cómoda. A las 5am o un poco antes empezó a sonar la tubería como flauta desafinada y aguda haciendo imposible que pudieramos seguir durmiendo. Esto pasaba cada vez que alguien se bañaba, terminaba y empezaba de nuevo. Como no hay ventilacion mas el ruido lo que queriamos era salir corriendo. Solo reservamos una noche, si hubiera venido más hubiese pedido la cancelación. El desayuno muy completo, rico y la atencion muy buena. Expresamos nuestra mala experiencia y fueron muy atentos, buscaron solucionar, lo cual agradecemos. Nos ofrecieron taxi al aeropuerto y un sandwich para el camino de cortesía. Con esta reseña espero que nadie sea hospedado en la habitacion 114 que deberia funcionar como bodega y no como habitación.

Such a great place. The staff is wonderful. An hour after we checked out my son realized he lost his EarPod. They had already stripped the beds when we came back but scoured the laundry room to look for. After 20m they found it!!! What a place!!!

Pro’s - Great location. Short walk to San Pedro Market. Food was excellent! Loved the ambiance. Con’s - Face clothes were not available and had issues with electrical outlets. Blow dryer kept turning off.

Wonderful staff— Graciela welcomed us with a smile and made sure we received our Expedia VIP benefits. She was also of great help when I developed altitude sickness (the hotel has onsite oxygen). Veronica was wonderful in allowing us to feed Kiki, the resident baby alpaca, and took such great care of him. And the restaurant staff: Roy, Yuliana, Cesar, the chefs, and everyone there were just great in delivering excellent customer service.

The Hotel was beautiful with a water fountain in the middle and Kiki their pet Alpaca. The host were amazing, they truly went above and beyond. Graciela or check in host was amazing. What I liked the most was the fact that if you had an activity early in the morning, the hotel will fix you a snack as long as you let them know the night before. We also hiked Machu Picchu and without telling them the hotel had heating pads waiting for us. The free breakfast is great, did I mention it includes free mimosas! This place is amazing and the staff are the absolute best.

Excelente servicio. El hotel está muy localizado. Desayuno muy bueno. Yulisa y Vaneza fueron unas excelentes anfitrionas en el bufet del desayuno. El personal del Frontdesk ofreció un gran servicio. El hotel nos guardó la maleta hasta llegar de Cusco.
