Havre de paix au paradis
Cette maison est incroyable. Située sur la mer, avec sa piscine, elle est formidablement décorée et est bien plus grande qu elle ne parait sur les photos. Rien ne manque, tout est prévu pour passer un excellent séjour. Communication très aisée avec Sabrina avant l arrivée et merci à Laëtitia, sa sœur, qui nous a très gentiment accueillies a notre arrivée. Si nous revenons à st Martin, c est ici que nous réserverons à nouveau.

Merveilleux
Villa parfaite pour passer des vacances de rêve, idéalement placée sur l’île et ses plages somptueuses, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. Laetitia est adorable et très accueillante il ne manque rien dans cette ravissante « cabane » une cave à vin une nespresso et tout le matériel pour cuisiner sont au rendez-vous, les canoës sont présents pour vous permettre de rejoindre l’îlet , la piscine est bien agréable au retour de la plage Tout est très propre et très bien décoré bref je peux encore en écrire des pages mais je vous laisse le grand bonheur de découvrir le reste NOUS REVIENDRONS SANS HÉSITER alors à bientôt

We loved the views and proximity to Pinel island. Host was very friendly and responsive. There were no bugs (altho a few tiny ants will find their way into the kitchen if food is left out) as one reviewer claimed. The pool was very clean and is maintained weekly. Beds were comfortable. I wish there was air conditioning in the living room (all bedrooms had air). Also would prefer some windows in the garage-like doors in the living room, but we tend to go to bed early. Opening up these large doors to view the water in the mornings was wonderful.

Fantastic home exactly as advertised
Stay here if you want a location away from the crowds a bit and right on the ocean. Pinel Beach is a short kayak ride away, and to the north is Anse Marcel beach which is fantastic and has a great hiking trail nearby. A car rental makes this location great with easy car access, and nothing on the island is far away. Good access to Grand Case and Orient - two fabulous areas. Can't say enough good about this one and hope to go back soon! Thank you to Laetita, our hostess' sister for looking after us!

A Magical Week in Paradise!!
We all enjoyed our first week of December 2023 at this wonderful Villa. The view is spectacular (even better than the pictures) and we truly loved relaxing on the comfy lounge chairs overlooking the Caribbean Sea and taking dips in the lovely pool! The furnishings were so unique and rustic and all 3 beds were very comfortable! Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great and we all slept very well! We rented a car and was able to enjoy the nearby beaches, restaurants and grocery shopping. The owner’s sister Laetitia greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful and kind. Overall, I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise and hope to return someday.

Romantic Bungalow with Beautiful Views
Overall very enjoyable 2 weeks at Ma Cabane and fantastic communication and assistance with the owner and her sister, who was our local contact on the island. The Positives: The location is convenient to Orient Beach, Anse Marcel and Grand Case, but you are able to feel a bit removed from the traffic and noise. We felt very safe in the area and in the home. The pool is perfect, the kayaks were a nice touch to be able to go to Pinel and stay after all the tourists were gone. Outdoor shower is always a plus. Decoration was fun and tropical. The kitchen is well appointed if you like to cook. What we wish was different/better: As we were there in August, the main part of the house was very hot. There are no glass doors, so you either have the house open, or you have to close the storm shutters, which makes the house very dark. It would be nice if they had some glass doors inside the storm shutters and added an air conditioner for the main area of the house, so you could keep it comfortable while enjoying the beautiful view, especially as the general breeze is coming from the side more than the front of the house, so not much air is moving through the house as with homes we have rented in the past on Orient Bay where they mainly face into the wind. Also, the 2nd bathroom is in the part of the house with no A/C and has an opening above the shower into the main room. It means less privacy and that bathroom remains hot when the main house is hot.

Dear Michael, Thank you again for choosing to stay at Ma Cabane les pieds dans l'eau. The house has been constructed to be fully open on the outside, to live like the Caribbean way, so it's like you are living on the seaside. And for the lucky ones who are tall enough you can even shower with a view ! That explains why you won't find any windows like you can see on the pictures, and so no air conditioner as it is open on the outside, but there are two big ceiling fans for days with no air. Summer vacation
First of all the views are absolutely amazing and the pictures are exactly what the property looks like. Our property manager was Corinne as the normal manager was out of town. Corinne was amazing. She responded and helped up immediately with all of our problems. Now comes all the bad things with the house…..There is no air conditioning in the main part of the house. Only the bedrooms have air conditioners and the one in the master never really cooled the room down. There is only electric storm doors for the doors to house. No windows at all in the kitchen or living room so you have no view or access outside unless you open these doors. There are a thousand mosquitoes at all times and no way of shutting them out unless you shut the doors then you have no windows or light coming into the house. It was so very hot with no air conditioning especially when the doors are closed. So it’s either have a breeze and mosquitoes or sweltering hot and no view. The electricity shut off one day while the doors were shut so we had NO WAY of getting out as all the windows in the bedroom also had these storm shutters. Next on the list is the extremely green algae filled pool. We were never able to use it because it was so green. The pool guy never added any chemicals to clear it up. We have a pool at our own house and know what algae looks like. We also dealt with roaches in both bathrooms every day (very large ones) and a million ants in the kitchen. We couldn’t cook because of the ants.

Hello Shawna, So sorry to read that you had such a bad stay in the house, maybe you didn't choose the right house considering your expectations ? The house has been constructed to be fully open on the outside, the Caribbean way, so it's like you are living on the seaside. And for the lucky ones who are tall enough you can even shower with a view ! That explains why you won't find any windows like you can see on the pictures, and so no air conditioner as it is open on the outside, but there are two big ceiling fans for days with no air or if some mosquitos want to be a bit annoying ! Unfortunately, we live in the Caribbean and sometimes it means meeting new roommates such as mosquitos, ants and even sometimes roaches, but we can promise you that we are putting products and trying our best to make them move to another place, most of them have already moved. So sorry about this story that you felt trapped inside when the power went out, our bad really, maybe we forgot to show you the manual way to open the electric shutters if needed, because there is always a way out ! The air conditioner in the main room has been changed on the next stay as the new tenants informed us that it was not cooling down properly. Concerning the pool the material of it is dark grey, it could appear sometimes like there is algae but it's the color of the water, anyway if you saw something unusual you should have informed us of it or at least the pool guy, that's what happened once and it has been fixed right away. Communication is the key to make sure everything is going well as you are occupying the house, we could have avoided so many problems during your stay, it's a shame ! We have many guests who come back, our priority is to make sure you're enjoying your stay as much as possible ! Please accept our most sincere apologies for the way it went ! Sabrina

A piece of paradise that l hope to return to!
The Villa was exactly as portrayed in reviews. We could hardly drag ourselves away. The directions from the airport were exact. The hostess was gracious, met us at apartment with lovely cold beverages and explained all we needed to know. We enjoyed kayaking off the property, visited beaches, shopped etc. There is adequate snorkeling eqt in a closet. We were able to see beautiful fish and turtles! The pool was so refreshing. Bedrooms were so cool with air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipted. Absolutely a wonderful week in a time warp. Pinel is close enough to kayak to for reasonably fit peeps. We frequented the French Bakery daily and bought rum from the local rum tasting business. Local grocery store has anything and everything that you can desire. Orient BEACH was so close and we had an incredible day at Aloha. Ask to have your umbrella and beach chairs included in your lunch. Enjoy the iguanas, local goats and donkeys, gorgeous birds and nature. Once you arrive you will be hesitant to leave. Our family enjoyed this beautiful open air villa and look fittest to returning. This was a very nice place. Everything one needs in a vacation rental. Know complaints about this place. You will need a car though and we found many places to eat le garden is great and oriant beach has 12 restaurants in a square. I would book this place again one thing to keep in mind is its on the sunrise side of island.

Fabulous coastal house on picturesque bay
This house is just like the pictures show you! Every morning we (my husband and I, plus another couple) opened 2 electronic garage size shutters to a fabulous view of a bay. The kitchen/living area opened to a covered patio. This gave us shade when we wanted - otherwise we were on the wooden deck, in a very well kept pool, lounging in the sun! The decor was fantastic with drift wood and coastal colors. The kitchen had all types of utensils, small appliances, dishes you need plus a washing machine. Very clean modern comfortable furniture, great stereo system, 3 airconditioned bedrooms and 2 unique bathrooms with walk-in showers. The location was great - less than10 min drive to very large grocery store, pharmacy, car rental (GreenMotion) and phone store (Digicil) where you could buy a SIM card. Four kayaks were available to navigate the shallow waters to Pinel Island or a nice sand bar in middle of the bay. Driving to Orient Bay or Grand Case for restaurants (food everywhere was excellent) is about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic which was the only drawback of the island. Recommend a car - not a very good "walking" island. The local manager was readily available by phone and text. Only suggestion is larger/thicker cushions for dining chairs and benches plus extra bath towels available in closets. Really, that's it! My husband & I rented our beach house in the Bahamas so we know what it takes to make a house functional for guests as well as stylish! Thank YOU! A+++

Beautiful place, great location
We had an amazing time at La Cabane. It was comfortable and very well appointed. One can absolutely not beat the view from the living areas, with access to the pool and the ocean right off the property. There was plenty of space to sit everywhere including multiple hammocks and hammock chairs; we moved a couple outdoor chairs indoors to watch tv and to hang out in the evenings in order to better accommodate all 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to unpack and tuck away all our luggage in the bedrooms. The blinds in the rooms are a marvel, sliding into the window pane and out of sight at the touch of a button. A few tips: 1. There is a shop (The Scuba Shop) right by the airport with snorkeling gear for $10 a day and $30 for the week. Easy to pick up and drop off on the way on and off the island. That said, there is also snorkeling gear in the baskets over the washing machine in the home, along with a large backpack to carry it all in. Also, a basket full of MANY reef friendly sunblock options on the shelf under the coffee table in the living room at the house. 2. On exiting the home at the top of the driveway, if you turn right instead of left there is a nice little hike a few blocks away through a nature preserve with gorgeous views (and horses, and donkeys!) and a little beach on the far end as well. 3. Super U is a great grocery a short drive from the house with anything you could possibly need. The house has reusable bags hanging in the laundry space (or, you can buy them at the store). The house kitchen is super well equipped with appliances including coffee pot, keurig, blenders and more. 4. Definitely recommend taking the kayaks or nearby ferry to Pinel island to eat and snorkel. Lots of fish and turtles in the cove there. 5. The food is wonderful, especially on the French side of the island. We walked to Le Garden for a lovely meal and also enjoyed Rainbow Cafe and Captain Frenchy's in Grande Case, just a short drive from La Cabane. 6. Our favorite beach was Indigo bay which had a nice restaurant with a great view. We had such a fun and relaxing stay in La Cabane, would stay here all over again if we came back. We wish we were still there!!! (One last tip: everywhere you go there are orange/yellow/green trash containers but at the time of our trip they were mostly unlabeled, so fyi: The orange is for general trash, yellow is for aluminum/ steel/ paper/plastic, and the green is for glass)

Even Better Than the Pictures!!!
This might have been one of our favorite vacations ever and we travel a lot! ❤️. The house was clean, the view was more than spectacular and the host was fantastic and responsive.... Plus it feels so private! Being able to watch the sunrise over Pinel was the perfect way to start the morning. The location is excellent and just a short drive to Orient and Grand Case where your options for amazing food/drinks are endless it seems. There is also a grocery store, bakery, pharmacy, shopping etc within a short driving distance as well. It's also very close to the Petite Caye hike and just a short kayak to Pinel Island. The private pool was nice in the afternoons. The breeze with the doors open was incredible. We loved all of the outside seating and the hammocks, the beautiful flowers on the walkway in etc.. I could go on and on about all the nice things about this place. You guys- I have been back a week and I miss this vacation house so much already. This is a wonderful place to stay and we can't wait to go back. ❤️ Just book it already - you won't regret it!

Relaxing Getaway
My family of 5 adults had a lovely week celebrating New Years at Ma Cabane! The location was peaceful in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes all around. We loved spending the day lounging by the pool and taking the kayaks out around the bay(lots of turtles to see!). Our favorite thing was kayaking to pinel island and renting beach chairs at Karibuni for the day, and having lunch at the great restaurant, based on all the other reviews- we went multiple times! We also loved checking out the beaches at anse marcel and orient bay which are only 5 minute drives away. You definitely need a rental car but it was so easy to drive around the island, with most places under 20 minutes away. We ate at the local restaurant down the street, Hercule, and had a delicious creole meal and loved getting pastries or sandwiches at French Bakery. Also nextdoor was, Governuer the local rum distillery where you can do tastings. Our favorite meal was at Le Pressoir, a 10 minute drive away in Grand Case with a nice town to walk around! We would definitely recommend staying at this lovely home, it had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing vacation!

If you are looking to stay in a neighborhood and get a great view and enjoy the quiet and locals side of the french side of St. Martin, then this is the place for you. Open air, pool overlooking the water and Pinel island. Great AC in the bedrooms. All the amenities you would need and want. A short drive to the great restaurants in Grand Case and a few great lolos in Cul de Sac. Be sure to visit the great proprietor at the French Bakery. Her baking is great!

Great Family Vacation!
We stayed at Ma Cabane in June 2022 for my daughter’s graduation trip. The house is very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect. There is not much within walking distance, so a car is needed, but I liked being a little bit off the beaten path in a residential area. The kayaks were awesome to have, but a few have holes, so be sure to test them out before paddling away. Some of the outdoor swings and seats in the listing photos are not there. Pinel Island is beautiful and the restaurant there is fantastic! We also enjoyed paddling out to the other island that’s directly in front of the property, and had a great time exploring the sandbar and snorkeling around the rocks. For local restaurants, I recommend Hercule in Cul de Sac and Orange Fever at Orient Beach. Both had delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. The house is super well equipped. They even snorkeling gear available! The only things I would have like to have had is more soft-seating inside and out - there is a small couch inside and outside there are sun lounge chairs - a nice outdoor couch would be perfect, extra blankets for the beds, and a gas or charcoal grill. The grill that’s available is a little homemade charcoal setup on the lower tier of the patio, and a electric griddle type thing that blew the circuit when we tried to use it. Overall the house was wonderful, the location was peaceful and perfect, and I would definitely stay there again.

Simply Serene and Beautiful
The view alone should be enough to tempt anyone looking for a peaceful and breathtaking experience in Saint Martin. Add to that the availability of kayaks to poke around the cove and transport yourself to Pinel, plus a gorgeous easy vista hike just steps from the property and you honestly can't get any better than this Villa. Oh and did I mention all the stores you could possibly need supplies from are 5 minutes up the road? C'est manifique.

A little slice of paradise
We have just returned from a magical week at La Cabane. The villa is beautifully presented and stylishly finished. It is clearly a much loved second home, the kitchen is super well equipped and there are personal touches everywhere. The location is awesome, it is literally nigh on impossible to tear yourself away from the view; however the draw of the fabulous beach and restaurant at Pinel Island (just a short kayak away) will just about do it. We had turtles swim around us when we were kayaking over to the island and enjoyed probably the best lobster I have ever eaten at Karibuni (on the island), washed down with some delicious rose and all served with a genuine smile. Heaven!!

We recently stayed for a week in this great waterfront home. Pros: the view and tranquility. Great hosts. Amenities include coffee and espresso machine, washer, dishwasher, great WI-FI and A/C for nighttime, and fully stocked kitchen. There is actually one King bed, which we found very comfortable. The location and pool are perfect for a quiet, private and relaxing vacation and what a view. There is a pharmacy by the Super U grocery 5 minutes away, which provides antigen Covid testing 8 am - 1pm with same day turnaround. That is a much better option than rushing to the airport and dealing with the lines on the day of departure. There are very good casual restaurants nearby (Le Garden for pizza, Chay’s Thai) and multiple high end restaurants 10 minutes away in either Grand Case or Orient Bay. L'Atelier Bar à Viande & Poisson in Orient Bay is a little expensive but absolutely worth the trip and one of the best meals I have had in my 65 years. The passion of the chef, who comes to the table and describes his menu, is even better than the food and makes the experience. If you are a beach person then this may not be the place for you, although it is right on the bay and with the complimentary kayaks the sandbar and Pinel Island are only 5 minutes away. There are so many beautiful beaches on the French side, to us this was a non-factor. We will definitely return

Maybe best rental house for $
First, location, location, location! On the water in Cul de Sac, breezy, beautiful and an easy paddle from Pinel or Orient Beach. The open concept with patio/deck and pool overlooking the water is gorgeous, fun and useful from sunrise to night. Leticia, Sabrina's sister, and local property manager, is delightful, helpful and warm. Honestly we have been house renting around the Caribbean and Mexico for years and this may be the best value and quality for the price. Couple pointers: recommend a car, not required, but if you want to explore Marigot, Grand Case and Cupecoy, then a car is needed. Second, when the breeze dies down, it can get a bit buggy, but nothing obscene and minor bug spray and citronella candles keep the worst at bay. Worth it for local 5 star meals, to die for views and soft warm beaches. Can't wait to come back.

This is not your grand vacation villa, rather a smaller house, but it offers every convenience you would expect. Any shortfalls are easily overlooked when walking onto the terrace and looking over the pool right into the Caribbean Sea.

Perfect family getaway
Our family of 5 (children ages 16, 13, 10) had a wonderful visit here over New Years. The location is perfect, and so peaceful. We loved relaxing by the pool and large patio with the gorgeous views each night. We kayaked several days to Pinel, and by the end of the week the waiters were reserving front row beach chairs for us. It was nice to have a rental car, to drive to the supermarket and explore other beaches on the island. Laetitia was very helpful with getting us appointments on New Years morning for our COVID tests before our flight the next day. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked great for sleeping comfortably at night. We would love to return to this beautiful location. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Perfection in Saint Martin
Location location location. This property leaves nothing missing. Hits the mark on everything. From the views of the bay and perfect location in Cul-de-Sac, to all the little things provided you tend to forget in trips. It sits between Orient Bay and Grand Case. Each less than 10 minutes away by car and with so many fantastic restaurants and bars. Plus, the beach at Orient Bay is amazing. The host met us and was very helpful arriving and during the stay as needed. Always things to do if you choose or just lounging around the fantastic pool w views of the water and constant kite surfers to keep us entertained. Favorite restaurant hands down was Le Pressoir. Staff was amazing and crazy good rum and cigar selections. Just can’t miss with the property. We will be back again next year.

A rustic, cute little cabin on the water
My wife and I spent 9 days at Ma Cabane. It’s a rustic, cute little cabin on the water. The décor is what I’d describe as “beach bohemian”, with many of the furnishings made of reclaimed wood. Very cool and hip. It’s modern construction with all the amenities. And, of course, the view is gorgeous. The pool was always warm and comfortable, and we loved eating outside, swimming, kayaking, soaking up the view and the sunshine - all of which was wonderful. The owner’s sister met us upon our arrival and was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. There’s also wildlife to watch roaming on or near the property, including lizards, iguanas, hermit crabs and a family of donkeys. Overall, we enjoyed the home and had a good time. A few notes on things you should know that aren’t evident in the pictures: - The front of the house (the side facing the water) is not composed of windows or doors. Rather, it’s composed of two wide, electric roll-down storm shutters. It’s almost like having that entire side of the house be composed of 2 garage doors. So, that “wall” is either entirely open, or entirely shut. And, when they’re shut, there’s no windows or other view of the water. We just kept the shutters open until we were ready for bed, and then enjoyed re-opening them and taking in the stunning view each morning. - Some of the outdoor swings pictured are no longer there. - The electrical outlets do not fit U.S. plugs. The home does have 2 USB outlets for charging phones, and 1 outlet adapter which we used for laptops. If you’re bringing additional devices from the U.S., make sure to bring adaptors. - Although we enjoyed the home very much, it would make the home more comfortable if they replaced the mattresses with more plush/comfortable ones; provided more pillows (there’s currently only 1 per person – although since there were only 2 of us we were able to take some from other beds); provided blankets/comforters (the beds only have top-sheets, no blankets or comforters); and provided more large towels. Each of those small upgrades would make a huge difference. - Finally, a small tip is that we suggest doing your grocery shopping at Carrefour. Super-U is much closer to the house, but Carrefour has a broader selection of products.

Breathtaking place with wonderful amenities
Communication from the start of booking, meeting us when we got there and the place having everything we needed was wonderful. The pictures are exactly what it is, a breathtaking view everywhere you are in the house. The location is fabulous and the kayaks were a great touch. We LOVED the pool and the outdoor area a lot and utilized it as much as possible.

This was an amazing experience! My wife and I enjoyed our 16 year anniversary here and couldn't have asked for more. Sabrina was very helpful and responded quickly if we were ever in need of something. Very close to shops, markets, and restaurants. Would definitely return here in the future! Quaint paradise awaits you
We just returned home to Boston after an amazing week from 6/26 - 7/3 at this beautiful waterfront oasis in the Cul-de-sac area on the French side of St. Martin. We were greeted by the owners sister and who provided a tour, she speaks a little English, The home was spacious enough for our family of 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The kitchen had everything you needed for making meals at home. The island breeze was constant and refreshing all week but doesn’t go through the home. We kept the AC’s on low in each bedroom throughout our stay and slept comfortably. The pool was a treat to wake up to every morning with a million dollar view. There are plenty of kayaks available at no charge and a short trip over to Pinel Island was always amazing. The owners sister was attentive to our needs when we had a question and even arranged to have a blender for us. There is a washer to do small loads of laundry and you can quickly air dry in the constant breeze. We found the location to be ideal for us and after touring the island in our Jeep rental, we by far loved the French side. The people all over are friendly, the food was excellent and the beaches (we made it to 7 of 37) are beautiful. There is nothing in walking distance so ideally you should plan to rent a car. There is a Super U (grocery store) just a short 10-min drive and French bakery that I visited quite often! You will enjoy chilling at the home, the water in front may have some sea weed depending on the wind but if you simply kayak over to Pinel or out to a sand bar, you can go for a delightful swim in the ocean. We also often enjoyed a short drive over to Grand Case for a more local beach experience and outstanding local restaurants. Orient Beach is perfect for any water sports and also within 15-min. We are already talking about coming back to this amazing island oasis next year… prendre plaisir!

Great Stay in St. Martin
We had a wonderful stay in Cul de Sac. It is a quiet little neighborhood, that is still close enough to shops and restaurants. Sabrina's home provided a wonderful escape. We loved watching the birds in the bay. And enjoyed kayaking over to Pinel Island for a fun day in the sun. There were a lot of mosquitos but they provided numerous options to try and reduce them. Comfortable and fully appointed. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for their own little (temporary) piece of St. Martin!

Highlight of our holiday
We had an incredible stay. We felt safe and comfortable and didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything one could need. One thing i would have liked was more blankets as there is only the one very light on the beds. The location is perfectly situated close to shopping, Orient Bay and Pinel Island and parking was not a problem. We ill definitely consider staying at Ma Cabane for another St. Martin holiday.

Great location. 20 minute kayak to Pinel. Easy to get to Orient, Anse Marcel and Grand Case.
Our family loved this property. My wife and I went with our two daughters (ages 12 and 15) and one of their friends (age 16). We had plenty of room, beds and baths were new, along with everything else at the house. We found it very convenient to access all parts of the island. It was just a short 25 minute drive from SXM. We were greated in person by the owners sister who gave us a tour of the property and made sure all our questions were answered. They even had kayaks waiting for all of us to use. We spend most of our days exploring the island, but it was nice to come back at the end of the day and enjoy the beautiful pool and view. We highly recommend and if when come back to St. Maarten we will definitely stay here.

Fantastic Time, Beautiful Home, Wonderful Host
We recently stayed at the Ma Cabane property and it was the absolute perfect place for our family of four. Waterfront, clean, well-appointed and conveniently located in the northeastern corner of the island in Cul De Sac. We found the location to be very peaceful yet convenient to many attractions, beaches, super market etc. We highly recommend staying at this property, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and very gracious hosts with on-island presence and the ability to swing by if you need anything at all (very friendly). The property is also located near Pinel Island and you can take the kayaks over across the cove to a secluded island with daytime beach bars and restaurants... a highlight of our trip. Orient Bey is around the corner with multiple restaurants, shops, beach bars and activities. Fryar’s Bay, Anse Marcel are just a stone’s throw away and every beach is just a short drive away in the small island. Perfect place for the family getaway.

As soon as you arrive at this villa you are instantly put into vacation mood. The open kitchen, beautifully crafted wood details throughout. You can spend hours on the decks and in the pool enjoying the view and the activity in the bay. Kayak around and meet some turtles. Make sure to spend a day at Pinel. A few minutes away to great restaurants, shops and activities in Orient Bay, Anse Marcel and Grand Case. Thanks to Sabrina and Laetitia who made sure everything was great. It was hard to leave!

5 star stay sunrise to sunset and more
Home is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need to escape the hustle and bustle of life. Come here to relax and swim and kayak and swim some more. Bed are comfortable, kitchen is well appointed, laundry is a plus. All sitting areas are great with views of the sea. A must activity is a kayak over to Pinel. Will definitely come again

One of our favorites stays ever!
Our family absolutely loved St. Martin, and especially this property in Cul-de-Sac. My wife literally did not want to leave the house for the first three days. The open floor plan with the coiling doors to the deck was awesome. The pool overlooking the bay was incredible.
