The room was dirty. Gunk the bathroom counter, dust the ceiling fans, non working lights, carpet that was short in a lot of the kitchen area exposing the under flooring. The pool towel stock was out the two times we went but they were provided pretty quickly. Overall decent for the price …

I was a bit surprised when I arrived at how nice the place was. After fees taxes and resort fees it was about $200 per night for a studio with king sized bed and Murphy bed. Plenty of space for my son and me. Loved that it was so close to the slopes!!! The hot tub was great very hot but jets didn’t work. Loved that they had a steam room. Just make sure you give it about 69 min to heat up as it will shut off and you need to turn it one, do so before entering hot tub. Liked the big fire place in lobby and comply couches. Be aware this is a kid and pet friendly spot as it is most reasonable lace on mountain. Google to see if you can book direct with an owner and you might get a better deal

The Grand Lodge is just ok. Parking and traffic is a mess, and the hallways are dirty and unsecured; the doors from the stairwells and parking lot are always open for just anyone to come through. The walls are paper thin, so you constantly hear everyone all around you doing even the smallest things, especially barking and yappy dogs. Our toilet kept having problems flushing and the tub didn’t drain well, and the maintenance guy who fixed it was nice. Overall, not a great stay, we will not be back.

We stayed with our family of 5. The hotel was 4 minutes from the ski lifts with young children! You can’t ask for a better location! Pool & hot tub were both clean & not too overcrowded! Remember to pack food! You have a small kitchenette that can cook most any meals. Dining on the weekend was hard. We did not think to make reservations and there was hours wait for some places. Parking was easy and convenient. The ski valet is very nice! We would stay here again.

Our room was nice, until we got really loud neighbors, who started talking very loud early in the morning. The lady was basically yelling at the person in the room with her. When I told the front desk, they told us to ask them to be quiet. I would not confront them. Our tv only had a couple stations because there was snow on the dish. It was never fixed the whole time we were there. I wasn’t told about the extra charges, like cleaning fee, parking etc. because I reserved with a third party, Expedia.

We love staying at this property! This is the second time staying but first time skiing here. It was very easy to walk to the lift from the hotel. Our kids love the hot tub and pool. The property is pet friendly which is nice although we didn’t bring the dogs this time. We will stay here again

our flight was interrupted and we were stopped 500 miles from the hotel. we called immediately at noon to cancel but the hotel refused any refund or credit. suppose that’s their policy but thought they might have offered something?!

There are additional 'resort charges' added to this property when booking through 3rd party platforms you should be aware of. They also do not clean your room unless you pay an additional fee. All of these hidden fees led to a less than stellar experience. The king suite was spacious, and the mini kitchen was very helpful in not always eating out during our stay. The door connecting our room to another made it so we could clearly hear the other occupants which was annoying.

There was no microwave in the room. When we inquired at the front desk about utilizing one, they suggested going across the street to ask the convenience store if we could use theirs. Rooms really need updates in the worst way.

We stayed there before and enjoyed the stay. It is also very convenient being close to the slopes and the valet ski.

Be picky about what room they give you.
This was a trip to a property that I have visited many times over the years. I have become accustomed many amenities which were not included in this room. This room was next to the the back door to the parking lot which inherently had a lot of noise. Due to people coming and going. The room was extremely small, not big enough for the usual amenities such as a kitchenette.

It was okay. The hot tub was constantly packed to standing room only, the water was slightly green in color compared to the pool. Poorly stocked kitchenette and the ski valet was difficult to find half the time. Not bad for being at the bottom of the mountain but i expected waayy better accomodations given the price

Super place for the price! Walk to everything, free shuttle to town. Room had hot plate, dishwasher etc. Murphy bed was not as nice as other bed, so if you're splitting room, someone will draw the short straw. There was a humidifier in the room, so needed. Really nice people, staff. Pool was so fun to unwind.

probably the worst hotel experience. no one cared, didn’t matter the obvious insanity at the hotel . No one trying to make it right. absolutely horrid. I can give one positive comment. The ski valet guy and night security’s were really nice . otherwise our vacation was horrible thanks to this hotel. the laundry list of complaints is not even worthy of my time. 200 college students checking in.. enough said.. and no we were never called. never stay here. I felt horrible for families especially with parents with little kids

Great location, nice staff, nice hot tub and pool, room was clean.... 2 lamps in room had issues, 1 didnt work and the other bitton would get stuck in on position, my daugher got hit with the shards of an icicle that fell on the pool deck from a light that hangs out close to the hot tub.. She is OK but something should be done about this liability.

I would say having rooms without microwaves is unacceptable, especially for those planning on extended stays. Beyond that, the restaurant could be better, as well as the hot tub. Overall could use some updating.

Property itself was nice but it was filled with partying college kids. The noise level night and day was so over the top we left a day early. We were told lots of other guests were complaining as well. It was disappointing to say the least.

My Room was incredibly COLD, next to front door always open blowing in at temps 10 degrees, the door was nor sealed and was like a fam blowing the cold into the room... other rooms might not be that affected. Bus load of 400 kids at 9:30 pm in and out loud till 2 am in morning.

Fantastic ski get away! The hot tub was our favorite... It was the perfect temperature! The outdoor pool could have been a little warmer for the winter months.
