Bon hôtel et personnel dévoué
Le personnel au petit soins pour trouver une solution à tout. Chambres petites mais confortables. (On est à La montagne). Spa minimal mais compris dans le prix et en bon état. Emplacement formidable.

Nuit en famille pour être sur place lors départ course TDS de l'Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc... Supplément de 72€ pour une "chambre familliale"... Au finale: deux lits pliants dans une chambre à peine plus grande qu'une standard... Pas de stationnements voitures à proximité, très petit parking de l'hotel ou petit parking couvert (supplément de 10€!!!). Un peu déçue quand même!! Par contre, hotel proche du centre...

l hotel est tres bien placé par rapport au centre ville . la chambre superieure au premier etage n a pas de baignoire et coté rue trop bruillante . personel sympa . petit dej tres bien . prevoir une resa parking les places sont rares

Mecontent et surprise pour un 4 etoiles de ne pas avoir de chaines etrangeres dans la minuscule television de la chambre. La wifi ne marchait pas dans la chambre seulement en bas. Chauffage de la chambre non reglable et insuffisant le matin surtout dans la salle de bain ne pas aller dans cet hotel si on est frileux

Idéal pour un court séjour à Courmayeur
La décoration à base de photos anciennes de montagne et de mobilier rustique, l'aménagement des chambres et des salles de bains, la table du petit déjeuner en font un endroit agréable au pied de la face nord du mont blanc, une seule réserve pour le parking.exigu et sans ascenseur

Great location close to town centre, restaurants and shops. 10 min walk to nearest cable car. Top tip - Hire a ski locker at the ski shop opposite the cable car. Staff were super friendly. Bar tender guy really looked after us, couldn't do enough!

My stay at this hotel was definitely very satisfied. The staff from the front desk to restaurant and the bar are all so helpful and friendly. I hurt my knee from ski the day before I checked out , the hotel staff provided me extra care and help ( many thanks to the gentleman from the bar for your pain relief cream it helps !) . The room is clean with a lovely balcony and spacious bathroom with strong and hot water , the heating in the room works well too . Not to mention the location is perfect for me as I am a non-driving solo traveller , the hotel is in the middle from the bus station / cable car to the mountain / Main Street with the shops and restaurants so it’s so convenient. Definitely will stay at this hotel again and recommend to friends who is coming to Courmayeur.

The hotel is well located for skiers, very close to the main lft and the main street. The room was very small. The food was poor. Breakfast was normal. The service was great.

Really helpful and friendly service from everyone in the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Really well located for town and lifts.

The smallest room we ever stayed in, be carefull.
One of the best on site easy parking we ever had...sadly this is where everything good stopped and we got the smallest and darkest ever room in a 4 star hotel, ever! Bathroom was almost the size of the room and from our window we could see some kind of exhaust venting. There were no tee or coffee facilities in the room, breakfast was also very ...very limited having to ask for every slice of bread or food. There was ferocious arguments in the kitchen overflowing into the restaurant for guests to hear. All in all this stay was dissapointing for the price we paid, it had a rushed and impersonal feelling to it and would not do it again even if the room was offered for free. Do not book until you see your room, best advice I can give.

Clean and courteous. Perfect location only 200m walk to the gondola station and same to the pedestrian town centre. Only positive comments . Ok, we arrived just after a major snow dump followed by days of sunny empty pistes today ourselves. That clearly set the tone for our ski break holiday.

Hotel in pieno centro e vicino alla funivia Courmeyeur. Questo è davvero il plus. Personale molto gentiile e disponibile (un plauso particolare al Sig Pietro e alle sue crepes). Camere poco spaziose e manca l'aerea welness/massaggi (presente solo bagno turco/sauna).

同地の他のホテルに比べて、値段の割に見劣りが大きい･･･と感じた
割と場所はいい。しかし、スタンダードダブルを使用したものの部屋が狭く、浴室・トイレは広いが、無駄に広いだけで浴槽もなく謎な空間。ロープを持参すれば、広大な屋内洗濯干場になるかも知れない（笑）。 朝食も高級リゾート地のそれなりのホテルにしては、品数が少ないバイキングで驚いた。 正直、バス停からは倍くらい離れているものの、以前泊まったホテルと比べて大きく見劣りがするうえ、値段が高い。よほどのことがなければ、次回の使用はないと思う。

Just to specify that the room you received for the night is exactly the large single you have booked, room that don't have the tub, because our almost all our rooms have a shower. Also it would be interesting for us to know what you did not like about breakfast so we can improve it. Avevo già soggiornato in questo elegante hotel, nel cuore di Courmayeur, abbracciato dalla catena del Monte Bianco. Pulizia, personale e cibo di grande qualità. Unica pecca: ad un 4 stelle non può mancare l’aria condizionata. Per il resto davvero ottimo.

Riguardo l'aria condizionata, a Courmayeur in nessun hotel c'è questo servizio in quanto, gli hotel in montagna, e non è una questione di "stelle", non hanno mai necessitato di aria condizionata. Bellissimo weekend di relax
Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo grazioso hotel io e la mia famiglia e devo dire che è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La vista dalle stanze è magnifica e il posto praticamente vicinissimo alla zona pedonale di courmayeur. Staff molto cortese e disponibile, molto buona la colazione. Unica pecca forse il numero limitato di posti auto davanti all'hotel. In ogni caso siamo molto soddisfatti del soggiorno.

Friendly service, comfortable stay
Lovely stay, such friendly service. Breakfast was very nice and they were very happy to provide gluten free items. The barman and reception ladies were really helpful, a very nice experience. The only negative is that you have to constantly sign in to use the wifi, they can easily re-configure this.

Perfect location, super close to the pedestrianised part of town with the gorgeous shops, bars and restaurants and barely 5 minutes to the cable car. The hotel staff were all fabulous but a special shout out must go to the bar man Pietro who was truly wonderful. He looked after us, forever inventing/adopting cocktails to suit each member of our family and providing us with snacks.

Hotel was nicely located between the downtown area and the gondola. Food at the restaurant was good.
