When I contacted hotel.com for a refund, they redirected me to the property desk, which then sent me back to hotel.com. It was clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. On a positive note, the property itself was excellent, like a brand new house. »

« communication to enter the property was very cumbersome but it was effective outside the property there was people partying at night time and looked like they were setting up camp on the property »

« The place was the same as posted and very clean. My son and I enjoyed staying there for five days. It’s located in a new neighborhood down south, so was a bit of driving for wherever I wanted to go. Deerfoot trail exit is close enough to make driving easier though. Prepare your cutting knife and spices including salt. »
