« We were attending a wedding in nearby Portsmouth, but wanted something a bit quieter. Boy, did we find the spot! Nice, quiet street, house on a nice size lot, with super easy access to all points. Beaches in York are literally less than a 5 min drive. Next time we stay, we’re hitting the beaches!! »

« This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. « The kitchen was very well equipped. Living room was so cozy with the fire. Bed was super comfortable. The unit has really tall ceilings and is cozy. Only issue was the dog upstairs. They kept barking and whining. »

Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped.
