« Check/in was easy, everything at the house was as expected and as shown in the photographs. Host was communicative and friendly. Great quiet location. Two things to consider: the pool and hot tub are lovely. It is completely worth paying the extra money to have them heated. Lastly, just be aware that the host will ask you to sign a long secondary lease agreement with an additional deposit required. We overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. « This was perfect for three couples. It is easy to get around and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Personally, I think the pictures don’t do justice to the great outdoor space. There was plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. I would highly recommend this property for a small group or family it is great. »

« Me and my fiance had our family all mewt and stay here for a week. Everything was great and the 1 issue we had with the hot tub that a previous renter messed up, the owner fixed it first thing in the morning before we got up! Location was also good. Far enough to not feel crowded by the strip but close enough to take a quick uber. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. »

« Great owner - was very accessible and helpful. Great location - close to the strip, restaurants, Walmart, I-15, etc. The pool area felt private as the landscaping blocked surrounding houses - the pool was used a lot as well as the pickleball court, putting green etc. Quiet neighborhood, well-stocked, 3 car garage to get your vehicles out of the heat, etc. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The back yard and pool are great! There are some little flaws, but those are to be expected in a rental. Our kids were in awe of the house. The only thing I make people aware of is that the rules the property manager sends says there is a book at the property, but there isn't. Not a real problem, just have to look it up on the app. »
