« This charming 2 bed, 1 bath cottage is in the perfect location. It is in walking distance to coffee shops, breakfast spots and dinner restaurants. Close to the beach one direction and city pier the other. It is well stocked with all you would need and exceptionally clean. The screened porch in back with solar lighting in the back yard is ideal for your evening glass of wine! Definitely recommend! »

It’s also just a short walk to downtown Clearwater Beach where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners provide everything needed for a beach vacation for two! « The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family. »

« We have been in this area for 5 years renting. Unable to rent our usual place do to ? changes in ownership. The rental was perfect for beach access, that’s why we rent this area. The bungalow needs a full length mirror, more beach decorations. Overall a great stay. »

« This cottage is wonderfully located on Clearwater Beach. Near restaurants and shopping. There is a wonderful state park near by. The grounds are nicely landscaped, very quiet and an easy place to sit and read. »

The Set up of the cottage, pool area, walking distance to beach and the strip was very nice! I would definitely stay again! The only issues we had was that the toilet was not installed correctly. It was very wobbly! It made a noise when you sat down and even louder noise when you got up. Was tough trying to be quiet when our baby was napping...

« Pros: The employee who welcomed us: Jake! He was absolutely lovely. Nice accommodations (kitchen included in the suite), walking distance to Ben T. Davis beach and located right next to the Bahama Breeze restaurant. Also walking distance from other restaurants such as Aqua, Rusty Pelican and Whiskey Joe’s. Free breakfast everyday at the hotel. Cons: Housekeeping only cleaned up once during our 5 day trip. We ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly…The breakfast options were not great and they...
