« EXCELLENT AND ENJOYABLE »

« Plenty of towels and paper goods. Lots of everything in the kitchen, pots, pans, glasses, cups. Nice furnishings and room for many people with the loft area. View is better than the picture on the website. Easy self check-in and also has nice appliances, including the washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again! »

« We usually stay right in Boothbay Harbor but this time we opted to venture out and try something different. We’re glad we did as Le Petit Port was a nice surprise. Sharon and Denny have decorated as their own and it was such a cute place to be. We appreciated the book of things to do and places to dine and took advantage of those, enjoying Carriage House, Ocean Point and Robinson’s Wharf. « My husband and I enjoyed our week renting the second floor of The Captain’s House. The rental is spotless, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a wealth of books and brochures on things to do in the area. Hanging out on the second floor porch was heavenly. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. »

« On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend. »

« This was one of the most relaxing vacation we have had. Also this location was breath taking. The water view at the marina was spectacular. People very friendly and enjoyed having the restaurant downstairs from our apartment. »

« The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. « The 2 bedroom apt was in a great location on Main Street. It was well maintained and clean. Of course with everything in Castine, it is a historic house with the creaky staircases and sloping floors but they have done well with it and it looks like they are upgrading their other apts in the building. »

« This apartment was in a great location and was very comfortable. The shower was a bit dangerous as it was in a claw-footed tub with a shower curtain surrounding it with no handles. We managed but needed a partner to help us get into and out of it. Otherwise, it was great! »

« Great location in Castine! Very easy to get to nearby towns. Property needs blinds on the windows (windows facing the driveway/parking, bathroom, and bedroom). Felt very exposed with half-curtains on ground level. Other than that, property was perfect! »

« Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour et l’endroit était vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes. Toutefois nous n’avions pas d’eau courante à notre arrivée et le problème ne fut résolu que le lendemain matin. De plus les brûleurs du bbq ne fonctionnaient pas bien ainsi que le foyer exterieur. Nous etions tôt dans la saison et peut-etre que quelques verifications auraient dû etre faites avant notre arrivée. Ces quelques petits désagréments ne nous empêcheraient pas d’y retourner par contre ! »

« Great views. House pretty clean & supplies were fine except only 3 coffee cups for 6 adults. VACasa said they would get more cups. They failed, never received. Some lights didn't work & lots of dead bugs in light fixtures. »
