Bonjour A notre départ le matin nous avons oublé deux maillots de bain .... Nous avons appelé l’apres Midi même pour le signaler Un des maillots bain est resté introuvable alors que seules les femmes de chambre ont eu accès à la chambre après notre départ. Aujourd’hui nous sommes toujours dans l’attente de recevoir un dès maillots de bain. Nous n’avons plus aucune nouvelle. Très décevant pour un hôtel de ce niveau. Bien cordialement

Hotel bien placé avec service haut de gamme.
Un accueil tardif, très agréable. Des employés souriants, aux petits soins. Le seul bémol, pas de shopping possible dans les environs, tout étant fermé, hors saison.

nous avons passé 4 jours avec une amie sur place, très bel endroit, confortable, personnel adorable, golf de Pevero splendide, période un peu calme donc peu de clients, boutiques fermés, mais pour les plages 25°fin octobre splendide avec criques époustouflantes , la ballade, le calme... très joli séjour... seuls bémol : piscine non chauffé, pas de possibilité de se faire un petit kf en chambre bien dommage et petit déjeuner et diner dans la même salle de restauration animés par 2 écrans TV !!! ça casse un peu le charme et l' exotisme de l'endroit...

Porto Cervo...un "petit St. Trop"
Le très grand point positif de cet l'hôtel, c'est l'emplacement: ideal, entouré de boutiques de Luxe, un petit "St. Tropez"...!!!!! Petit Port juste devant, assez calme pendant la période de Pâques! Conseiller de louer une voiture pour visiter les environs et ce restaurer meilleure marcher et plus savoureux en dehors de l'hôtel ( attention aux prix, surtout le poisson au poids !!!!! ). Dans le village juste avant Porto Cervo il y a des très bons restaurants. De nos jours, pour avoir les prestations dans 5* dans cet hôtel , il faut loger dans la suite royal ou dans la suite présidentielle si non..... pas se SPA, pas de piscine intérieur , pas de Fitness en salle ( travaux dans l'hôtel) machines entreposées à l'extérieur face à la piscine..... courage pour ceux qui se lèvent tôt le matin et qu'il fait frais ou mauvais! Attention: manque d'information sur le site!!!! (dommage ) Personnel assez sympa et à l'écoute des mécontentements des clients, ils trouvent tout de suite des solutions satisfaisantes!!!! Nous avons été surclasser et nous avons passer une super fin de séjour....!!!

it was very nice location in Cervo porto, but I wouldn't have 7 nights as we did 4 night will be enough, to see other city you need to have taxi which is very expensive as there no public transport to do that you need to fly or hire car, the staff are very nice,helpful,breakfast is very good.

Beautiful area, very quiet in April
Made very welcome, the hotel management and staff were polite and most helpful. April is very early in the season so be mindful that not every restaurant or local facilities are open. The Costa Smeralda area is very beautiful and a perfect area for sailing.

Muy buena opción en Porto Cervo, al lado de un Centro Comercial, le Playa enfrente no se puede bañar y tiene una playa privada a la que te llevan en lancha (a 10 minutos), muy bonita la playa pero llevar aqua shoes pues es de piedras, El desayuno es extraordinario con opciones a pedido (dentro del buffet) de huevos en diferentes formas así como panqueques, wafflers o tostadas francesas.Las habitaciones y baños son cómodos.

Likes: - Fantastic service - on arrival we were met by the concierge at the car park (valet currently unavailable due to COVID reasons) but allowed us to park in front of the hotel to drop off bags and then self-park (complimentary) behind the property where we were met by the concierge who took us back to the hotel - Delayed check-out provided on request (we were given 1 hour) - Beautiful location and hotel, walks straight into the high-end shopping area/bars/restaurants (£££) - Private beach (not on site - transit via hotel boat at certain times) - wonderful. Toilets on beach but no bar (think you can arrange with the hotel for food/drink, other people were getting cool box deliveries?) - Complimentary local drinking water every day in the room - No coffee machine/kettle but complimentary tea/coffee from room service every morning (on request) Dislikes: - Price of the area in general- very expensive (restaurants linked to the hotel very expensive for both food and drinks... think might have been ~20 euro for aperol spritz - Multiple insect bites during sleep (likely mosquito based on presentation); I happened to discuss this with the concierge after a few days and they did provide me with plug-in repellants and a fan... perhaps this should be a standard fitting... it unfortunately did negatively effect the holiday. Saw that housekeeping did open all windows during cleaning during day, perhaps avoidance at this time of the year is wise? Perhaps I was very unlucky!

Great stay
We had a wonderful time in the hotel. The hotel is super big and has it’s on private beach. The beach is 10 min by boat but it’s good if you want to enjoy not crowded places. However, there are limited choices of beverages and for food you need to order in advance. The restaurants of the hotel were great and the breakfast was amazing with a great view. The bed was really good but the only thing to be improved is that the room had a wired smell of old things.

Super service and very clean, but not sustainable
Great service and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also very well and offered a lot of different options. Our room got cleaned about 2-3 times a day and they changed the towels and "used" soaps each time, which was totally not necesary and was definitley not ecofriendly/sustainable. I hope they will change into a more eco-friendliy enviroment in the future.

Amazing location, right in the centre of Porto Cervo, with all the luxury shopping around the hotel. The only is there is no beach at the hotel, however, the hotel provides you with the boat that takes you to their beach. They also grant you access to some other hotel affiliated beaches.

The air conditioning in our room did not work, the bathroom was a small as the smallest Holiday Inn. I have been Booking with you for many many years I’ve never complained about one of the hotels. But for the price I paid it was a true disappointment.

Das Cervo - Eine Klasse für sich
Wenn man in Porto Cervo mittendrin und dennoch ruhig und gepflegt wohnen möchte, gibt es zum Cervo keine Alternative. Und selbst jetzt Ende September im Corona Sommer 2020 ist man dort noch unter gepflegten Gästen. Die Restaurants sind geöffnet und gut besucht. Service wie überall im Hotel exzellent.

Melhor hotel de Porto Cervo
O hotel é lindo, com excelente estrutura e serviço da melhor qualidade. Os quartos são bem confortáveis. Fica localizado no centro de Porto Cervo, com excelentes restaurantes próximos. Possui também uma praia privada, acessível por barco (o hotel oferece gratuitamente). Melhor época para ir é setembro, logo depois da alta estação. Assim é possível pegar dias lindos e quentes sem grandes multidões e com preços mais acessíveis.
