Très bien accueilli, personnel aux petits soins. Petit dejeuner très bon et varié, qualité et quantité comprises. De l'humain en plus, cet hôtel vaut largement son classement.

Que du plaisir pour cette nuit passée à la villa Marsili ! Seule l'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite, pour le reste franchement c'est du top...la qualité du buffet lors du petit dej. est au delà !!! merci à vous.

Excellent hotel in Cortona with exceptional staff and hospitality. Room was very large, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Europe and the nightly Happy Hour and Apertivo were perfect on Fall evenings. Highly recommend and will definitely return!!

Service, including solving an extraordinary problem with shipping lost materials, was more than one could hope for. Everything, especially breakfast reflected thought and care fir guests. this is the first 10 rating I would ever give.

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful - so many big smiles that made you smile right back. Highly recommend the upgrade to a high floor overlooking the valley. Great breakfast spread. My only regret is staying in Cortona for one night. It’s a quiet piece of heaven and perfect after big crowds elsewhere.

The staff are very kind and helpful - made reservations for dinner X 3. Their dinner suggestions were excellent. The hotel is well situated right beside the old town of cortona. The decor in the rooms is really cool vintage furniture which I loved. Thanks for a great stay!

The most peaceful view of Tuscany. Everything is magical and the best breakfast in the world with a lot diversity. All the restaurants and place is around corner so walking is best option in Cortona.

Lovely staff and hotel.
Villa Marsili was a delightful surprise. Our suites were huge, beautiful, comfortable and had great views of the valley. Rooms were filled with antiques as were rest of the hotel. Nice departure from usual hotels. Staff were unfailingly helpful. The best breakfast buffet of our 18 day trip through Italy. I loved starting the day with freshly squeezed orange juice! After dinner each night, we sat at it's lounge and had free nightcap and cookies. It's located a little down hill from Cortona center. The climb is a little steep but we got used to it during 4 nights we stayed here. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!
We had a great 2-night stay at Villa Marsili. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, including facilitating the return of some eyeglasses we left behind. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the style of the decor is quite traditional. It is perfectly located to walk all over Cortona.

Vi ankom stedet i 16.00 tiden. Hadde ikke fått tak i lunch og var veldig sultne. Fikk en fantastisk mottakelse. Vi spurte om det var noen som hadde åpent for lunch så sent, men vi forsto det var litt vanskelig. De tilbydde seg å lage lunch til oss selv om kjøkkenet ikke hadde åpent for lunch. Helt ekstraordinært. Gamleby med mange restauranter rett opp i gata. Betjeningen gjorde alt for at oppholdet skulle bli best mulig…

My stay at Villa Marsili was fabulous. The staff is so helpful, the room was gorgeous and well serviced each day, breakfasts were delicious and it’s location was perfect for a visit to Tuscany and Cortona!

Very charming hotel near the historic center of Co
Villa Marsili is a charming small hotel on the edge of the historic center of Cortona. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff prepared my plate so as to maintain social distancing. The 8-minute walk into the center of town is uphill, but nothing compared to walks around the rest of town! When I returned from dinner the evening host invited me into the lounge area for an drink of vin santo and biscotti, a Tuscan wine served with homemade cookies of several types. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Siamo stati coccolati
Il soggiorno in coppia a Cortona è stato splendido grazie anche alla cortesia del personale dell'albergo che ha reso tutto molto piacevole. La Signora Marina con Luana e Valentina hanno fatto tutto il possibile per soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e per metterci a nostro agio. La colazione è stata super, con tantissime specialità da provare, con il consiglio ed il servizio di Marina che ci ha guidato in degustazioni di formaggi erborinati, asparagi con prosciutto, uova cucinate in vari modi e poi i dolci fatti in casa, strudel, paste con mela e crema e tantissime altre cose che ci passeresti una giornata per assaggiarle tutte. La camera poi era molto spaziosa, pulitissima, finemente arredata e corredata di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, comprese ciabatte molto comode, la vista sulla valle mozzafiato, la mia camera si affacciava sulla strada, ma per fortuna il transito è molto limitato. La posizione è perfetta, si può girare il pese a piedi in tranquillità, senza spostare la macchina. Il parcheggio in strada fuori dall'albergo presenta qualche difficoltà perchè i posti sono limitati, a 50 metri c'è un parcheggio privato dell'albergo al costo di 10€ al giorno di cui ho usufruito il secondo giorno. La sera al rientro dalla cena siamo stati accolti con biscotti di vario tipo e vin santo, che abbiamo degustato nei tavoli in giardino. Bellissima esperienza, bellissimo paese, bellissimo albergo e gentilissimo personale, spero di tornare a trovarvi.

L'hotel è bellissimo, molto curato nei particolari. La proprietaria è molto gentile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Molta attenzione nella colazione alle esigenze alimentari per i celiaci, con dolci e salati preparati appositamente ed esclusivamente dalla cucina dell'albergo. Spero di tornarci presto

Ottimo hotel che ti “coccola”
Arrivando all’Hotel Villa Marsili ti accolgono fin da subito in molto molto gentile e cortese. L’hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Cortona. Il parcheggio è piccolo ma il personale ti dà una mano a sistemare l’auto in posti che loro hanno a disposizione. Il primo impatto è stato più che positivo. La mia mia camera che era una standard era di buone dimensioni così come il bagno, arredato in modo abbastanza classico ma decisamente funzionale, con il condizionatore che messo sul notturno non si sentiva quasi. Nella stanza c’è un frigobar a disposizione gratuitamente con acqua, bibite e qualche dolcetto. Molte cose ti fanno sentire “coccolato” con la signora che credo sia la direttrice che è gentilissima con tutti (anche il resto del personale per la verità lo è) e fa di tutto per metterti a tuo agio. Alla sera dopo cena rientrando ti propongono dei dolcetti sfornati nel pomeriggio con del vin santo che puoi gustare nella comoda e fresca reception, nel giardino o portarti in camera. Il punto forte poi è la colazione, nonostante il Coronavirus ti accomodi ad un tavolo ben decorato, poi la signora ti guida nella scelta del dolce e del salato, che oltre a quello che vedi (che è già tanto) ti elenca cosa puoi avere ma che non è esposto. Ad esempio io ho preso del salmone servito con avocado e kiwi molto buono e ottimamente presentato.
