« I feel the attention to detail in regards to the cleanliness of the property could have been a bit better but were overall happy with the unit. Close walk to cuty market and short drive to mesa verde. The patio and courtyard were very nice to have as well. We would stay here again. »

« From our perspective, this is the best VRBO in the area. Hosts were great and really made sure we had a great experience. For us the location was close to family and allowed us to unwind and relax after several day trips to surrounding national parks and landmarks. This was the first time we explored locations outside of the local region. We visited Meteor Crater, Petrified Forest, Arches National Park, and the Grand Canyon. Lots of driving but well worth it. »

« Great location not far from the Mesa Verde National Park. There was some trouble with the water heater not working, but we managed to fix it temporarily ourselves. There was no coffee or sugar for the coffee maker, but Walmart is not far away. »

« Cute little suite. Full kitchen. One small snag, the front door was deadbolt locked when we arrived (unable to enter via keyless entry) and the owners had to come let us in. Response was prompt, they were there in 10 minutes. The place served our needs. No livingroom area but when its just where you're sleeping between adventures, that works out fine. »

« Bunny's Bunkhouse is a little piece of heaven! Had a wonderful stay. The property has everything you need for a great stay. Loved visiting with the sheep! « Our family of 5 LOVED this house. We were visiting Cortez to see Mesa Verde National Park. The house is very close to the park entrance and very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations etc. The house was very clean and almost like new. The owner communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommended, and we would stay here again. »

« We stayed here with extended family to tour monument valley, mesa verde and 4 corners. It was the right location to spend the night after the long monument valley drive and perfect for doing mesa verde. It has beautiful views and close to town. The pictures of the house are accurate. It needs some repairs..cracked tiles and mirrors, sidewalk and drive way deterioration causing tripping hazards …but the beds are comfortable and plentiful which is what we needed most. You can tells it was well...

« This property was located perfectly for day excursions to Mesa Verde and Durango. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Very comfortable furnishings. My only suggestion would be to install screens on the windows and doors. We couldn’t open them at certain times of day due to the bugs. »
