The property looks nothing like the pictures and there is no ocean view. I left, contacted Expedia and went to SPI and found a considerably much, much better place with breakfast for hundreds less. There is no managers reception. So many things wrong with this place.

Property was dirty. I told one of the staff members that there was a full trash can that was leaning against the stairs by our room that needed to be removed. As I checked out the next day, it was still there. No elevators, so it was hard for my mother in law to climb 2 sets of stairs, even though we were on the first floor. Looked like there was sand in the bed sheets as well as sand on the floor. I felt dirty staying here and would not recommend. Definitely a motel.

Shower curtains had mold. Not sure if it is because we arrived late at night.. but it just seemed sketch, lady who checked us in seemed sketch but other than that it was great.

Smoke alarm keeps beeping, tv does not work, no elevators, property not kept up. Windows have not been washed in a very long time. Room is incredibly small, we had to wait for one person to move around before the other could move. This is very over priced, reminds me of a motel 6

No elevator, no amenities, not great neighborhood. It's as basic a room as any you'll get for more than necessary. Read the policy carefully. If you're total says $203 it'll be closer to $406. I had $236 on my card when I arrived. The 1 room was supposed to be $101. I ended up with $0 after swiping my card. I've stayed at a lot of hotels due to family events and this was the first time the deposit wasn't part of the total. Add when you're swiping the card it says a different number on the screen than what is being charged. The girl said it was off to the side but the numbers your eyes will be drawn to are the bigger ones at a smaller price. No locks on the door. Dirty lot and "picnic area" It was rather clean inside, bathroom was nice, great hot shower. The girl at the front desk was nice and tried to be helpful the guy in the other hand was condescending and rude.

The property was ok, however if you cannot climb stairs donor book because the building is raised so the first floor is actually the second, no elevator.

It was located near some good seafood places. But the outside is horrible. And don't let the pictures fool you, the room are old, ugly, and dirty.

The staff was so nice loved the customer service. Its close to the beach you’re able to walk and it’s not too far from the Lexington boat, and the Aquarium. The property is average but it is not bad for the price.

Toilet didn't work, phone didn't work, sand in the bed, like it had never been cleaned. Changed rooms for the second night (couldn't get a refund to find a better place), SAME issues as the first. Never been in a worst place and certainly will not return

The outside condition is more worrisome looking than the inside. However there are splattered vomit stains on shower curtain plus the carpet is not completely flat. A roll in it caused me to trip on it twice. With all of the signs posted outside that they aren’t responsible for any theft from cars makes you wonder if it’s a safe area & how much theft may have occurred.
