Equivalent à un hôtel 2 étoiles très convenable
Chambre étudiante (donc assez petite, avec salle de bains et WC intégrées) au sein d'une résidence universitaire qui paraît très récente et située en centre ville de Cork (tout y est alors accessible à pied). La chambre fait partie d'un "appartement" de cinq chambres avec lesquelles une cuisine-salon est partagée (les portes claquent jusque tard le soir et de nouveau tôt le matin, ça fait partie du deal...). Franchement très convenable si l'on considère qu'il s'agit d'un hôtel 2 étoiles et conforme à ce qui est indiqué sur le site (attention : lit étroit pour deux : 120 cm ; pas de service, pas de ménage, etc.), à ceci près que le quartier est très (très) bruyant jusque tard dans la nuit (2h du mat' bien tassés). Parking Q-Park à proximité avec tarif très réduit lorsqu'on fait pré-valider le ticket de parking par l'accueil de la résidence (des jeunes très sympas !) avant de payer à la borne.

J'ai apprécié l'accès à une cuisine. Malheureusement la cuisine comme la chambre étaient sales. Un personnel est venu nettoyer la chambre et j'ai nettoyé une partie de la cuisine. Il y avait aussi une fuite d'eau dans la première chambre. L'heure du check in est tardive.

Cuisine et espace de vie à partager avec 3 autres chambres. Tarif préférentiel au parking QPark offrant une remise de 19€ sur le forfait journée qui est au prix de 32 € très appréciable.

Établissement neuf, propre, confortable et bien insonorisé. Très bien situé. Dommage que sur 3 nuits, on ait eu 2 fois l’alarme incendie.

Super ! Le bâtiment est neuf, placé au coeur de la presqu'île à proximité des rues qui bougent le soir, au cœur du quartier animé. Le personnel que nous avons croisé est particulièrement chaleureux. La chambre donnée sur le canal et sur l'église finsbarr et le fort Elisabeth. Une vue royale ! L'appartement impeccable aux normes handicapés avec une literie très confortable nous a revigorée. Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais l'english market était l'occasion rêvée de trouver notre bonheur !

Struttura buona ma occhio alle porte
Struttura molto valida a due passi dal centro di Cork, staff in reception gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo solo di mettere cartelli ovunque (e magari spiegarlo anche al check in) che invitino gli ospiti a non far sbattere le porte (ogni camera con bagno condivide una zona giorno con altre 6 o 7 stanze e tutte le porte affacciano su un corridoio comune), abbiamo visto con i nostri occhi più persone spalancare le porte e non accompagnarle nella chiusura, anzi le mollavano proprio con il risultato che, essendo porte molto pesanti, sbattevano con un rumore molto forte, poco rispettoso del riposo degli altri ospiti della struttura. I nostri vicino facevano avanti e indietro dalla stanza alla zona giorno continuamente con questa modalità poco rispettosa: una volta se sbatte la porta passa, ma decine di volte dal tardo pomeriggio a tarda sera proprio no.

The room was fine - clean, comfy bed, towels, and lots of hot water. The kitchen (shared space) was a disaster. Had to ask for trash to be removed twice, the boiler leaked all over the counter, and people didn't clean their dishes. There was no sign saying to clean up after yourself (can't believe I am writing that, but some people need instructions on being good humans). The staff didn't clean the kitchen either, except maybe every other day. The place is student housing, so maybe they aren't used to running a hostel/hotel. Location is great. Office staff is awesome. The laundry app stole my money. Don't use it.

Excellent quality like a 4 star hotel room a little smaller. Lovely toilet & shower beautifully tiled. Great bed, very secure just follow the instructions. Check in excellent, lots of food choices & pubs nearby 5 mins from M&S , shops English market. Church of Irekand Cathedral impressive 10 mins away. Lovely view from my room over the River Cathedral Kettle in shared Kitchen (secure to 5 people) bring your own stuff..20/25 mins to rail station, 10/15 mins to bus station. Bring your ear plugs as it is a lively city centre location in case you need them, I didn't

Great find in the heart of the city. Wonderful night porter helped me get a cab and ensured I was in safe and sound. One thing…. Not a criticism but good to know for future trips that there are no hair dryers in the room. Great stay overall!

Budget-style but expensive for what it is.
As student accommodation, its probably a top rating - but when I first searched for this it stated ApartHotel. When we've stayed in that type, they range from studio flat to a suite of rooms - not a small study bedroom with shared kitchen, dining, lounge! This should be advertised in the Hostel category. So we gave it a go but suffered late night noise and the usual lack of washing up; tried setting the (already loaded) dishwasher going but no tablets - if you're going to rent out a shared kitchen it needs servicing once a day. Parking was in a remote multi-storey in city centre, so not secure. Discounted rate claimed to be E26 but turned out to be E34.

Very loud, in a great area if you want to go partying. Unfortunately I was in cork for a triathlon and my Expedia accomodation cancelled 3 days before the race and this was the only alternative they could offer. The building is modern and has good facilities, location is good. But it was roasting hot inside and so loud outside. It’s adjacent to a load of bars and clubs. Also, although bathrooms and beds were clean the floors were pretty dirty. Every time we went through the lobby the cleaners were drinking and smoking. Constantly. More cleaning less partying guys. Would be less of an issue if the floors weren’t stinking.

The accommodation wasn’t suitable for me and my sister - we are in our 60’s it was very noisy -party's going off until at least 3am every morning - Due to the hot weather we had to keep our window open so couldn’t lesson the noise -we were very disappointed with it

Downtown so easy to walk any where. Could hear some noise from the bars because I had the window open but it wasn’t bad and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

L’inizio non è stato dei migliori, perché la camera giusta l’abbiamo trovata al terzo tentativo, prima occupata, seconda sporca, poi finalmente quella giusta!!! Comunque i ragazzi alla reception sempre gentilissimi. Bella struttura di recente costruzione, ma essendo frequentata prevalentemente da ragazzi e’ un po’ spartana e le aree comuni non pulitissime. Nel complesso bene, vicino al centro.

Towels had what I hope were stains on them. Shower was clogged and took forever to drain. Doors didn’t lock from the inside so had to lug stuff to three different rooms before getting a room with a working lock.
