Très bon hôtel.
Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la ville et proche de l'arrêt de bus. Personnel aimable et disponible. Très bon petit-déjeuner, les viennoiseries sont de bonne qualité. La literie est confortable, la salle de bain très bien. L'hôtel est calme.

Venue pour un séjour professionnel, j'ai été parfaitement accueillie par les membres du personnel. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à deux pas du centre ville et des lignes de bus (notamment celle en provenance de l'aéroport). Les chambres sont spacieuses et très belles, très propres. Un bémol cependant concernant l'insonorisation de celles-ci. Tout le séjour a été très agréable et je recommande très vivement cet hôtel !

The hotel restaurant is really good and it's located in a good area of the city, in front of the riverwalk. The great attraction of the region is Bradley's Castle with is out of town, and I would recommend you to ask the visitors center before booking any tours to the castle, because you can go there on your own with 1/5 of the cost.

Hotel was modern, clean and had nice eating and drinking areas. Parking is tricky but we parked in the nearby carpark. Bed very very comfortable and room nice and quiet at night. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

At first we received a room not to our liking. The next day they gave us a new one. Were apologetic and we appreciated the help from the staff person who wore glasses with long brown hair (sorry, forgot your name!) She was very accommodating

I don’t know if they even clean the rooms at this property. All the surfaces were sticky, probably from the previous guest. How do they not notice this and not wipe everything down prior to new guests occupying the room?

We stayed at this property last year and it was lovely this year staff were not friendly also disabled entrance door broke got fixed and the next day broke again I did tell staff hotel had gone downhill from last year

I have stayed in most Cork City Hotels over the years, including the other Maldron by Shandon. However, the Maldron South Mall is in my opinion the best. Excellent facilities, staff and location. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.
