Booked a non smoking room through Expedia when I made my reservation. Checked in and when I got to the room it was a smoking room, it was so bad that we had to leave the door open the whole time we were in the room.

The stay was good, great bed. Decent room until the next morning when we opened the bedside table and saw 2 roaches, killed one and one got away.

Stayed at this location a couple of years ago. Since they have done some remodeling. Nice place to stay. Had room for our truck and boat to park safely. We will stay here again.

The room stunk like something we couldn’t figure out. We almost asked for a room change, but we’re too tired from our travels to drag everything out to another room. We found 2-3 snot rags laying around, so clearly it wasn’t cleaned well before we arrived.

Found a couple of roaches in my room. Staff was friendly. Convenient off the interstate with truck parking. A lot of noise from traffic and train horns.

Fair priced, decent for a quick night and a solid free breakfast. But, noisy AF! Train every couple hours all day n night, plus constant highway noise as well.

Had hispanics partying in the parking lot all nite till 430 am. TV didnt work and they never came and fixed it. Very noisey Maids included. Not a very good stay.

Bed Bugs and Roaches
After letting the front staff member know that there were bugs all over the room (I killed at least 25 in the first hour) I was told no other rooms were available. Finally at midnight I went out and slept in the backseat of my truck. I had to put all of my clothing and belongings in the bed of my truck and then disinfect everything when I got home. I literally stripped down in my garage and showered with a garden hose to avoid bringing anything into my house. When I notified the front staff I was told "a lot of construction workers come through here and they bring bed bugs with them, and there is not much we can do" I will probably never stay in the city again after having gone through this.

The location of our room was in quiet area with parking in front of room. Beds were comfortable. The morning breakfast provided a wide selection of hot foods and cereals etc. Being the 3rd week of June, we expected pool to be open. It was disappointing to learn it had not been inspected and not open. The bathroom floor in the room was not clean. Potty had stain.

It seemed that the toilets were kids toilets. I could hardly get down to sit on it. Place seemed to be rather old and was in need of a few repairs.Breakfast was pretty good.

The conversation with the GM was such that I stayed at another property, in the area. It was bad enough that I am risking a prepaid. I will never set foot in a Choice hotel as a result of this horrible experience. Choice needs to figure out what is important.

Great bargain for price. Room was very clean and when we decided to stay an extra night the staff was very helpful in rebooking the same room.. we told them no need to clean but they did anyway and restocked the coffee.

Not worth the stay
We got to our room and walked in and seen a roach on the desk we went to front desk and told them they couldn't refund our room became we paid thru hotels .com she gave us another room we didn't find bugs but the bathroom was very dirty and soiled towels we ask to speak to manager said he was there but took our number he was suppose to call us and never did not worth money stay somewhere else
