The staff was very nice and pleasant. Breakfast was good too. The bad thing I can say is they need a fitness room.

A bit dissapointing
Definately book your room on line. I called first to see if there was a room and was told they were booked so I went on line through Expedia and was able to book a room instantly. Noticed the next morning that the parking lot wasn't even full so obviously they block out rooms for on line. I was booked a room on the second floor. There was no elevator so I had to drag my bags up a flight of stairs. Was told that there were plans to put an elevator in next year. The room was clean but had a very musty, damp smell. The continental breakfast is supposed to be ready at 6 AM but wasn't. They were still working on it. Looked like there was going to be sausage and waffles but I had to settle for a yogurt and donut as I needed to get back on the road. Also, expect an extra $20 added on to your credit card for taxes. Positives, the bed was very firm which I liked and the air conditioner, internet connection and TV cable was good.

We arrived ahead of normal check-in time on Monday following Sunday's full booking at the motel. The staff were exceptional in there efforts to prepare a room for us, interrupting their normal routine. We were most grateful to them

Colville stay
We were at a show at the Fairgrounds, and stayed one night. Everything was great, pool, room, food, all very nice.

A nice place to stay with children.
My sister and I shared double queen room with our young grandsons. Having the mini-fridge and micro-wave in the room were a nice bonus. The swimming pool provided lots of great entertainment. The free breakfast offered a nice variety every morning. The location was good for visiting nearby parks, shopping, restaurants and friends. This was a great choice for us and we were treated very well.

Just one night to visit family. Everything was as expected. There was no coffee in the brew-it-yourself kit in the room, but no matter, they had coffee down the hall in the lobby. The lobby breakfast was nutritious.

Very pleasant
Motel clean, quiet. Front desk clerk very friendly, positive and helpful. Do nice to have our dog with us. No hassle. Good location. Great air conditioner. Would stay there any time and would recommend highly. Actually one of the nicest chain motel experiences we've had.

Nice place to stay
If you ever have the opportunity to stay in Colville, I would recommend the Comfort Inn. All the amenities are nice and they have a Wal-Mart and grocery store within walking distance. The breakfast provided in the morning is also very good.

Knew we could count on a Comfort Inn
This was our first visit to Colville. Not knowing anything about the town or motels in the town, we were glad to find a Comfort Inn. Colville Comfort Inn met all our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding and included fresh strawberries!

Great Stay
When we arrived, early the staff went to work and had us in our room in no time. Lisa at the front desk was so helpful, she was so helpful. The room was very nice, and the pool was wonderful. It made it a great visit to Colville, WA.

More staff needed...
Seems to be short staffed as there was only one person working when we checked in and she was having issues with the computer so we were waiting ~20 minutes just to get into our room. The room was nice and having the breakfast available is a great incentive. We stayed two nights and upon returning the second evening, the coffee pot was still dirty in the sink, along with the dirty facecloths in the tub. I'm sure it's a function of them being short staffed but was still unsettling to see as it makes you question the cleanliness of other aspects of the room.

Just missing a place to eat dinner. Either have to walk along the busy highway for 1/2 mile or more, or better off to drive. We took advantage of the groc-store next door and ate in our room. (Breakfast was included with room).

Lacking in character, but this hotel in a rather isolated Eastern Washington town was welcomed for its cleanliness and comfort. Rather expensive, but for what it is, sis one of a kind in the near area.

Great for family
We booked this room over the phone and were so happy to arrive and find it so clean and well kept. We had been traveling for almost a week and used the laundry - very helpful front desk - it was fairly late when we arrived, but she was very nice in getting me the laundry soap and change for the machines. The pool area was very nice as was the breakfast area. The room was spacious and clean. If we have the chance to be back in the area, we will most definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and each time has been perfect. The breakfast is good and the hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. Best hotel in Coville.
