The space and set up of room were great but quite of bit of noise in the streets. Could also here the ice machine running down the hall.

Love the large, spacious rooms with high ceilings and amazing kitchen! Bedding and towels are high quality. Kitchen amenities were a very nice surprise.

The hotel is clean, colorful and comfortable. The staff is lively, friendly and helpful. The room walls, however, seem paper thin. From midnight until 3am, we whispered, as to not add to the conversation next door. Music from the room beside us shook our walls. Between the street traffic and the neighbors, we slept less than 3 solid hours.

The hotel smelled like pot on the entire floor I was staying on. When I walked into my room, it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I noticed a burn hole in the carpet. I thought all hotel rooms are supposed to be smoke-free! I wanted another room, but there were none available. In the morning they ran out of everything at breakfast and were understaffed. I don’t know how it received 9.0 stars. I would not stay at this location again

It was amazing, the staff were excellent. The room was spacious. They had thought of everything, glasses, paper towels, can opener.

A nice and quiet and friendly stay.
It's a modern style hotel. Location is close to down town and German Village (if you need to be in these area). It is nice and quiet, especially at night (which is important to me). All the staffs here are very helpful and nice. The room is same as you see online which is spacious with functional furniture (it's very useful if you need to work during your trip). Breakfast is the same style everyday - simple but enough also have a complimentary coffee corner. (A cross street is McDonald if you need.) I didn't try everything here but I am comfortable with my stay here.

Nice Rooms, No cribs or pack 'n Plays
The room FAR exceeded our expectations in space and amenities. There was a nice roaring fire outside upon our evening arrival and the continental breakfast was great. The lobby was incredibly kid friendly with a play area and cups and silverware for toddlers which is why we were surprised when we were notified at the 11th hour there were no pack 'n plays or cribs on site, well after we had listed it in our reservation requests. We were forced to stay up pretty late with a 1 year old while they searched to no avail. We made it work with pillows and blankets on the floor, but certainly not ideal.

It was a good visit. I loved that there was breakfast daily, but sometimes the breakfast sandwiches were warm as opposed to hot. The coffee was great, the selection of breakfast items were too. The staff were super friends and approachable. I would definitely come backm

I ended up having to leave a day early because the 3rd floor shook so much. I could not work or sleep. The hotel was very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the only issue was the vibration of the actual hotel.

NOISY!!!!!
Everything was very good, but for some reason they have an outdoor fire pit and there were people partying till after 1:30 am. Called the front desk and they said there was little they could do except to ask the people to be quiet. It was a full house so they couldn't move us to a different room. When I talked to the desk staff the next morning, he said they would give me points in an email to get a discount on the next stay. At breakfast there was a huge sign with the hotel guarantee which said if you are not happy your room is free. Evidently they don't teach this to their staff.

Very nice staff and clean hotel!! The only thing that was not great was that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
