Sara,I apologize you were unsatisfied with your stay. I will address these issues with our staff members to ensure that this is rectified as promptly as possible. We are under new ownership as of September 19th 2023, the new owners are putting 1.4 million dollars into renovations that will be completed within 6 months.

We are doing complete renovation, within the 6-month time period, which is already started couple weeks ago. By doing complete renovation of this hotel, we will bring this hotel back to Wyndham brand standards. We will train our staff more in the Wyndham brand standard.

Based upon past events, the Hotel has rationally determined that renting rooms to individuals who reside locally (i.e., within 30 miles radius of the Hotel) poses a reasonably avoidable increased risk to the health, wellbeing and safety of hotel staff, guests and property. We extremely apologies for any inconvenience caused by this policy.
