I appreciate the fact that you took time to skim over the notices that are posted on the receptionist desk, however, the message we are trying to get across is that there are potential break-ins while travelers are traveling no matter the destination. We also provide our own recommendations as a friendly reminder to our guest in hopes that it may prevent them from having to experience the negative consequences of break-ins. Though I am happy that the agent working that evening moved you into another room, we on our end fell short of providing you the resolution you well deserve.
