3 points négatifs: - Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas avenant - Nous sommes arrivés à 14h20 et c'est bien la première fois que l'on nous demande 20$ pour une arrivée avant 15h00, ce qui n'est pas prévu dans le descriptif de l'hôtel. On peut douter que le personnel met les 20$ dans leur poche. Nous avons bien évidemment attendu 15h00 pile. - Le spa avait une eau sale et du sable au fond.

The bed was really comfortable! But when you check in, they have a sign warning you about potential break-ins in the parking lot. It’s a little unnerving. There are security cameras on the side opposite the pool, so just park there.

I appreciate the fact that you took time to skim over the notices that are posted on the receptionist desk, however, the message we are trying to get across is that there are potential break-ins while travelers are traveling no matter the destination. We also provide our own recommendations as a friendly reminder to our guest in hopes that it may prevent them from having to experience the negative consequences of break-ins. I really appreciate the fact that you also were aware of our camera position and for relaying this info to future staying guest. Take care Brenton. and please come again if ever in our local area. I thought it was incredible how much value I received for the price I paid. I had a microwave and fridge, as well as a continental breakfast, pool, hot tub, and exercise room. It truly had everything I needed!

The rooms are a little dated, but it is clean and well staffed. Continental breakfast was good. There were some warm food items. Pool and hot tub were nice.

Our first room which had two queen beds was in a room that had water damage all down the walls. Wall paper was pealing off the wall. The heater was falling off the wall. The refrigerator was broken and held together with scotch tape. They moved us to another room with smaller beds (no price adjustment). The room was still outdated and falling apart just not as bad. I fell in the pool area because the hot tub had broken jets squirting out on the glazed tile floors. There is so many other options in the area. I would pick anywhere to stay.

Amber, I believe that most of us were unaware of any of the issues you had gone through while here. For that I am very apologetic. Though I am happy that the agent working that evening moved you into another room, we on our end fell short of providing you the resolution you well deserve. I personally have never heard of our rooms in such a condition as you seen. I will bring this forward to the attention of our two managers and have someone reach out to you regarding your stay.
