Had 3 rooms for 3 nights. Everything was very good. The beds were so comfortable. The only suggestion i have is to install tinted blinds in the breakfast area windows. The sun shining in was hard to find a table that it wouldnt shine in your eyes. But i will stay there every time i visit the Springs.

This facility is under reconstruction. Just fyi. Also, they charge $200 per pet! All of the other Holiday inn locations change 50-75. This is the only one to charge 200, which is MORE than the cost for two people! Absolutely ridiculous. If you have a pet, go stay anywhere else for cheaper. It took 15 minutes to check in with an online booking. The night manager didn’t know how to accept the Expedia online booking. We nearly left because it was taking so long. Never encountered such a difficult check in with an advance billing before.

Great experience
Very friendly staff, including maintenance man. They were painting during our stay and painters were also very polite and did their best to not inconvenience the guests. The pet area was awesome! My dog loved going out to walk, smell and potty the area. This is the best dog are we have been to. The only thing I would change is adding a fence to allow off leash, but even without that, its awesome. This is the second time we have stayed this year and even though it is not close to the people I'm visiting, we will stay again. GREAT people!

The location was very convenient and close to my daughter's apartment and the center that it's located in had several amenities. Would like to see the hotel install charging stations for EVs as there is just one in the whole center, and it is not a fast charger.

If you’re ever visiting Colorado Springs for a few days then this is the perfect Hotel. It’s surrounded buy shopping, dining & a move theater, a lot of other options that I can’t remember. But the everything is literally in a 2-3min walk. Staff was cool, room was super clean, and it’s in a safe & quite location.

Room, lobby and breakfast areas were clean. Friendly staff at check in/out. Liked that they had a night time quiet hours note at check in. Breakfast was adequate, plenty of hot and cold item choices. Only complaint was our accessible room had the wet room shower, and the holder for the hand held shower head beeded fixing. Will recommend this property, and would stay again!

Melissa was quite wonderful to me!
I wasn't the guest for this stay, but I was the one paying for it. Melissa, the asst mgr and her boss the gen mgr were very helpful to me with a touchy situation regarding the guest I paid for and I want to compliment their compassionate handling of my situation, and the care given to me sight unseen. Property & room was excellent! Only negative experience was that hotel shows pet friendly on Expedia, but the charge was $100 for one night for my small dog. Must be the same for all breeds because they didn’t ask.

Not a good time this year
Check in was good. We were able to check in early since The MudGirl run was canceled. My 4 daughters and my sweet friend were excited about that. The room smelled horrible, but thankfully I brought room spray. Breakfast experience was horrible. Sunday breakfast is from 7am - 10am. Went down at 9:15 and all that was there were runny eggs, some turkey bacon and gravy. We asked about the pancake maker and the lady wouldn't fill it with batter because she said there was a long process and it was already 9:30. I understand we could've came earlier, but there was still 45 mins left and when we arrived, we weren't the only ones standing around wondering where the food was. The lady from the front came over to help re-fill coffee and then lied saying the pancake machine was broken. I tried to stay positive and told my girls that we can just go get some food in a little bit so my younger daughter could swim for an hour or so. Went to go swim and guess what....Pool temporarily closed....I stayed here last year and had an amazing experience but this year, not so much.

Our pool is always temporarily closed for a very short time in the mornings because our maintenance department is making sure all chemical levels are perfect for our guests during their swim, as well, they make sure the pool are is clean and looking nice for our guests.We hope that you will stay with us again for a better experience.

The hotel was clean; however, that is the only positive review I have. Our room did not have a microwave. In the fine print, your disclaimer states that some rooms did not have microwaves. Your general adds states that the room do have them. The breakfast was pitiful. We had to wait and wait for eggs or bacon., and finally gave up. Our stay was for 2 nights. Our room was NOT refreshed for the second day. The trash was not emptied and I had to go get more towels at the front desk. This is not acceptable.
