We were greeted immediately by a very friendly and helpful staff, continuing throughout our stay. They were renovating, but the facility was very clean despite that fact. Be aware if you include breakfast with your Expedia reservation it is a continental breakfast, which met our needs. We only stayed one night. Unfortunately our toilet was clogged our entire visit. The bathrooms on the main floor were very clean and accessible.

The staff and location and bed have all been wonderful. The renovation is much more intense than we realized, but you accommodated us so well that we have been quite pleased. Thank you for everything!

The property was nice and convenient, but two items that we might suggest. 1. with the new flooring in the units the foot noise above was very loud. 2. Because you didn't have a business center available I could not print our boarding pass and the gal at the desk said she could not print from her computer. The Kitchen staff was awesome!!

The property is in a state of remodel, yet is in good overall condition. The staff was pleasant. I reserved a king, was told they didn't have any left so was put in a double. Nothing offered for that. I pre-paid for breakfast, was told that was for continental only and didnt include heated items. The cook was taking a smoke break for about 15 minutes. I want to reiterate, the staff were all polite. It is the execution of this Hilton that fails. Stay in another hotel for the same or less and get a better experience and probably a good free breakfast.

Staff: Great! Very nice and it was very easy to communicate to the staff any issues/concerns I have. Room: It was big and clean! Location: It was right across the street from Promenade Shops At Briargate so that was nice. Also, it was close to major streets and such, so the ubers I got didn't have any trouble getting to the locations I needed to go.

We tried to eat in the restaurant and there was one lady working. She was wearing ear buds and didn't even notice us or respond when we greeted her. She dropped the "menu" on the table and then disappeared. We went elsewhere to eat. No courtesy or politeness. Beds were super hard, no extra blankets, shower sprayed all over the floor.

Did it's job. Daughter was having surgery at Children's the next morning so we needed something close. Cleanliness and upkeep could use some work. Pool was freezing with the a/c running. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. Some sticky stains were left on the night stand when we arrived. And the drain stopper for the bathtub didn’t work. Tv was a bit difficult to turn on. Possible batteries going dead on remote. Easy access to shopping and views were great

The staff are so wonderful. My daughter got sick and they were wonderful ordering late checkout, extra clean towels and free ginger ale from the kitchen. Everyone was so sweet and helpful.

Communication Difficult
Facilities are nice enough, but it is difficult to contact the staff by phone. We accidently left a telephone charge cord, and it took several attempts to contact them. When a call finally went through we were told that they would call if the charger was found. Never heard back

The room was very dark, no matter if you turned all the lights on ,, no place for two people to seat other then using the chair from the desk, The hall way had missing ceiling, guess there was a water leak from the upper unit, fixed the leak but didn’t bother to fix the ceilings below. I think they spent more money on the entrance and the reception area, and then ran out of money on the rooms

The mini fridge didn’t work when we first got there. Took a few hours for it to finally work. The elevator was out. This app telling us that it was sound proof, but it wasn’t. We heard our neighbor snoring and then talking on the phone for 1 hour while we was trying to sleep. We won’t be staying here ever again.

The hotel was nice but could tell it was older. In the pool area, the ceiling was falling apart and the elevator door didn't seem to close all the way before going. For the price you are paying, breakfast SHOULD be included, but it's not.

The rooms are in need of updating, especially for the price. The air conditioning units must be the original ones in the building. Very dirty, old, and loud. No fans or windows in the bathrooms.
