It is a decent-quality hotel, but the parking can be challenging. The rooms were not relatively well isolated; we had our neighbours fighting, and we could hear the noise as it was next to us. Apart from that, the price we paid was reasonable in the report of price-value.

The whole property and the rooms were very clean. The staff was helpfull . Very decent people work in this hotel. To lay my suitcase to open in the room was a little bit difficult. Like in the most hotels there is not a big place to lay and open your suitcase. It is more build for little trolleys.

The location is good, walking distance to the center and the room was clean. Unhelpful staff, not reacting to my concern about lack of Internet in the room while I was supposed to have an online exam. I had to find a place with Internet connection nearby. The next day I asked for a slightly later checkout in compensation and the receptionist on the phone agreed. Later on another receptionist called and asked if I was aware about the regular checkout time. When I told her what was agreed, she said that she was not informed , so lack of communication between the staff. Overall, in their way of communicating, I found the staff lacking courtesy towards the guests.

IL complesso è molto carino con dei ballatoi interni ed è ben tenuto. Sala colazioni nel ristorante dell'hotel è molto tipica. Colazione nella media anche se la scelta non è proprio continentale.Reception assolutamente da migliorare. Stanza spaziosa e abbastanza confortevole apparte la temperatura troppo calda che abbiamo provveduto autonomamente ad aggiustare spegnendo i radiatori e tenendo le finestre aperte per più ore durante una lieve nevicata notturna.

Ok hotell på bra läge
Hotellet ligger på promenadsavstånd till centrala torget och det ligger en trevlig restaurang vid kanalen några minuter från hotellet. Sängarna är ok men kunde vara lite mjukare. Duschen funderade bra. Frukosten var god. Vi fck omelett, skinka, salami, rostat bröd och yoghurt. För en kortare vistelse funkar det bra.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, die Betten bequem, auch das Badezimmer war sauber mit deiner großen modernen Dusche! Beim Frühstück gibt es noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial! Zum Beispiel Orangensaft statt Limonade oder Kakao für Kinder. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und entgegenkommend!

I would not stay again
Ok but I would not stay again. Much too overpriced for what you get. The good: Location is good, a short walk to centre of town. Reception staff was nice and helpful in the subjects they knew about. Female staff in restaurant were also nice and helpful. The bad: Old building and bathroom smelled bad constantly, an odd smell, not fully sewer but something weird, I think it was mould since enclosed shower leaked constantly. It was bad enough that I had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times and the window open. Even by Eastern European standards, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, woke up with back and hip pain every morning. Restaurant/Bar on first floor plays music all day, from 8am to 11pm, and the bass reverberates throughout and in the room. Nothing special about breakfast. If you decide to stay here regardless and have a no-breakfast cheaper option, take it since there is a well rated bistro a block away that serves breakfast.

Dear Charles, thank you very much for your detailed feedback. Your comment made me to have ambivalent feelings. One way I am glad for our reception service, but at the other hand I am very disappointed because of the room. This is the first time when somebody is complaining about the bed :-( , I thought our beds are comfortable. Concerning the building I have to mention that the building is not old, it's a new one, and we do cleaning every day and we don't have mold in the bathroom. In my opinion the problem was that in many cases some of the guests making late check-out, and it is not enough time to wind the room properly. However, it was a pleasure to meet, and hope you will give us another chance! Best wishes, Thomas

Väldigt mysigt ställe, men hade oturen att få en vindsvåning utan AC och det var olidligt ett tag men tror att det bara gäller för vindsrummen. Parkeringen har rum för 4 bilar så räkna inte med att få plats.

Very hospitable staff, great location
I spent one night at this hotel at the Depeche Mode concert in Cluj. First of all, I want to remark the hospitality of the staff throughout the stay. The location is excellent, the area is quiet, but the hotel is still just a few minutes walk from the historical center of the city. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back!

Affordable and comfy B&B
Would definitely stay here again. It's a rather central (Piata Mihai Viteazu area), quiet B&B (on a quiet road, yet 5-7 minutes walk to the Central shopping centre). The room was very clean and comfy with a rustic feel. There was a separate armchairs / kitchen sink and cupboards area and although a nice to have, we did not use it. The Wi-Fi worked well and thank God there's a non-smoking policy in place, finally a room that's smoke-free. The staff was very helpful, we asked for assistance with booking taxis and getting a hair-dryer. The bathroom was clean, the only small thing to address was the clogged shower cabin, which I'm sure can be dealt with promptly. A lovely stay and would return.

Mixed feelings,but wouldn't recommend staying here
The ground floor is where all the cars park so if you get a double room there like I did, then you might find it difficult to move your trolley to the room between all the cars - and of course this means every time you open your room door you might be greeted by a car's headlights.Not great. The room was spacious enough and had a sitting area, but the WIFI was so awful it barely even registered on my mobile devices. I also found huge cobwebs in the bathroom, a ceiling panel was left ajar and had to get rid of a spider from one of the double beds.I notified reception of this and got the feeling they didn't believe me from their expression, but they agreed to send over a cleaning lady. I showed her the loose ceiling panel and the cobwebs - she took the cobwebs down and said she's just been very busy lately, did not even apologies for the lack of cleanliness. I asked for the ceiling panel to be closed up and for the bed sheets to be changed so I would not need to sleep where insects would have been and she was just very rude about it, like it was such a massive inconvenience to get the room in order - she said she would need to speak with the hotel owner about what can be done. As a paying guest, I just want nice service and a proper clean room, I'm not giving you my money to give me attitude as to why you can't do your job well. They eventually changed the bed sheets and closed the ceiling panel, but it was a very disappointing start. Everything else was fine.

Nice overall, but no WiFi in the room!
Overall, good place. I was only here for two nights, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I only have one complaint: The WiFi did not work in the room! I hate to make a big deal of it, but these days I feel that WiFi is a vital utility, like electricity, air conditioning, etc. I was able to walk out in the courtyard to get a signal, but this was a bit annoying. Other than that, I have no complaints.
