Fantastic stay
Lovely hotel, great facilities. We went to the pool , the jungle gym , ate at the restaurant and had breakfast the next morning and not one of us had any complaints . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

The room was very basic for the price. 2 lamp didn’t work & the Room could do with a face lift. Just shower gel shampoo combo & no conditioner or lotion in Bathroom. Parking was easy & the staff were very attentive. The pool & hot tub area were very busy with young families. So not a place for watery relaxation !

Thank you for your feedback, we were disappointed to learn that there was a issue with the lighting in your room, the lamps are linked to a main switch on the wall, but we would have been happy to resolve this immediately during your stay. Unfortunately the hotel is busy at certain times of the year with families, but after 7pm is specifically for adults only in the Leisure Club, so this might be a more relaxing time. We hope you will have the opportunity to return to the hotel and perhaps select one of our superior rooms. These are available by booking directly. The room was big and spacious but the cleanliness was not the best. The cold tap in the bathroom was very noisy and unstable. The windows in the room were filthy and had a broken seal so there was condensation . The staff at the breakfast were very helpful and friendly as were the reception staff.

My husband and I brought out two children to the Clonakilty Park hotel for a 2 night stay from Friday to Sunday. Excellent hotel for children loads for them to do. They loved kids club and the leaders were excellent with them. I did think they could have done more renovations on the rooms. I know they are family room but they could be a bit more up to date slick of paint would go along way. I accidentally left my handbag in the lobby and one of the cleaners left it at reception. It was so lovely to see that there are still very honest people out there and I thank her for that. There was just one little disappointment and that was when I went to order a lunch for my children for kids club I waited at the desk at the conservatory restaurant as stated on the sign and there was a woman (black curly hair and glasses) completely ignored me left me standing there until I eventually asked her if it was ok if I went over to order the lunches to which she grunted yes. Other than that we had a lovely stay Thank you.

Expected better
Globally, the Park hotel provides good features and service for kids and family entertainment, the indoor playground and pool makes the difference. However, the room are not well-furnished, missing lights and accessories, old fashioned. Also, the rooms are overpriced, not even including the breakfast, 12eur extra for adults, which is also overpriced as very poor in choice and quality. A bit disappointed by the stay, even though the hotel staff was really friendly and helping.

Das Hotel liegt etwa 15 Min. ausserhalb (zu Fuss). Familienhotel mit div. Freizeitaktivitäten. Grosses Zimmer aber etwas aus der Mode (z.B. Teppich, Badewanne). Aber wirklich schlimm ist die Zimmertüre! Ein besserer Sichtschutz! Man hört jedes Wort auf dem Korridor! ☹️
