Grande chambre, très propre, bon déjeuner continental bien agrémenté et diversifié directement dans la chambre Anna une hôte super, un peu bruyant car les lignes de train s passent en avant! C est le seul désagrément! Je recommande grandement qualité/prix. Excellent

The B&B Port Inn is a charming but small room that is a great option if your staying 1-2 nights. For longer stays or if you have more people - you'll want more space. But the bed is comfortable, room clean and the complimentary fresh fruit, meet and cheese and snacks are a great start to your day. The staff are really very kind and helpful. I would stay again.

This is not your typical American bed and breakfast. Owners met us outside of the building and took us up by lift to our rental. Unit was in a cluster of maybe 3-4 units. Upon entry we noticed how small it was. Breakfast was provided as pre-packaged fook items for the next morning. Within a few minutes we heard complaints from another unit through open doors that their toilet wasn't flushing. So we checked our toilet and same thing was happening. The caretakers tried to address the issue. After leaving the toilet flushed be remained running. Management was called and came back on site. The coffee maker didn't function either. They moved us to another room. Things were better. But there was not heat so we called management again and they came and addressed the problem. There is public parking nearby in a car park. Restaurants within walking distance. Most other sites to see were closed during shoulder season.

The owner and her staff are absolutely wonderful. We arrived later in the evening than their normal check in and a staff member was there waiting for us, as well as carrying our luggage to the elevator. The room was pristine and close to walking for delicoius restaurants and waterfront. We went to the restaurant that was recommended by the staff and it was excellent. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely stay again.

Very clean room. We stayed just one night before a cruise. The room is small and basic, but we didn’t need much. Anna was very friendly and kind.

This is a small property with only 4 rooms. We have stayed here twice and always in room 2. It is small, but well equipped and comfortable. It has AC and a nice shower. Room 3 looks a lot bigger. They have lots of snacks and packaged products for breakfast. Anna and her people arrange for transportation for us from the airport and are right there to meet you when we arrive. It is an easy walk downhill to the bus that takes you to the cruise ship. There is a train that runs by the building but they have some serious windows that keep the noise to a minimum. Only issue we had this time was people in the other rooms talking loudly outside our door in a small entry way late at night and early in the morning. More an issue of people not thinking of how late or early it was and being courteous to the people in the other rooms. Can’t fix stupid I guess. Anyway, we like it and will stay again in May 2024.

Would stay here again.
Port Inn was quite nice and Anna was lovely and extremely helpful. She was waiting for us when we arrived (early in the morning), made transportation arrangements from the airport and to the ship terminal. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was like renting an apartment for the night. The manager and assistant, were so helpful, kind and very welcoming. We really enjoyed their dinner restaurant recommendation. My only mention is, that it located right by the train tracks and some trains going by can be very loud, but it didn’t wake us up during the evening.

It was well organized with the needs of the guest in mind. They provide very generous breakfast for us. I really appreciate the water pressure of their rain shower.

Within walking distance of the train station, the ocean, restaurants and the bus to the cruise ships. Room was small. Breakfast was a variety of packaged foods, drinks and fruit in the room.

Anna and Cherry were super accomodating! They go above and beyond. Room was very clean and comfortable. They met us in the morning so we could store our luggage and even were able to get the room ready for us earlier than regular check-in time. Would definitely recommend this place!

A fantastic hidden gem just a few minutes walking from many shops and restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. The snacks and drinks provided were varied and plentiful. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Civitavecchia.

It all started with Anna who was absolutely incredible. She helped make arrangements for transportation from the airport, and it only got better as our stay continued. In addition to providing us several recommendations of places to eat, she attended to our every need at the Inn. The rooms were very clean and even us snacks and refreshments in our room on a daily basis. I highly recommend staying at the port in and would not hesitate to book there again if I am ever in Civitavecchia.

Overall it was great. Room was a little warm at night even with the air at max strength. Also, I wasn’t aware that in Italy, the electrical outlets are different but no biggie. Anna and Sherri were very nice and helpful. I would stay again.

This was a very nice property. It was very clean and they were very accommodating. It was close to the port and easy to navigate around the town. I would highly recommend and would stay again if back in this area for another cruise.

The owner and staff are exceptional! Was so pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful they are! Close to many things..wonderful restaurants and shops and the beautiful Ferris Wheel and the Sailor kissing the girl along the water! Wonderful snacks left in the room, small fridge had Italian Salami, Cheese, Yogurt, Juice and Water. Coffee Machine with wonderful coffe, cream and sugar. The ability to make tea with a quick kettle. Wonderful Italian pastries wrapped individually for you to enjoy. Super comfy bed. Very Clean. Was amazed how perfect this place is. 😍

Great spot very close to the port. We were going on a cruise so it was very convenient. The unit we stayed in was very nice and clean. It looked newly renovated. The reception staff were vert friendly and helpful.
