Personnel tres gentil, tres agreable et surtout serviable. Hotel propre, accueillant. Parfait pour séjourner pour embarquement en croisière. Seuls bémols des travaux a l entrée nous ont donnés des difficultés a trouver l hotel, et au matin une odeur de produit chimique dans la salle de bain ( certainement arrivée par la ventilation).

Simple and cozy. Located 20-minute walk to free cruise shuttle. Excellent restaurants and coffee bar within a block. The owner, Stefan, (speaks English) is very warm, hospitable, helpful and welcoming. Great place to stay before and after cruising. Booking was easy! Go into town and buy a bottle of wine and enjoy a glass on the terrace at sunset. We'll remember our stays there fondly. When/If we go to Civitavecchia again, we will ALWAYS stay there. If you're high-maintenance and demand luxury, find another place. If you want a relaxed, easy going, no frills, no hassle stay, this is it. (When you get there, walk into the building, go up one floor to find it at the top of the stairs. Ring the bell on the right.)

Great place. We stayed after our cruise for one night. Excellent location, people are awesome. The place is a sweet little gem. Good linens, room was big, nicely decorated and clean. Close to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

7bells is wonderful! The staff was so helpful even when we arrived after check-in and got confused in our exhausted state. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was right next to the port. It was a wonderful stay and I would totally recommend a stay there.

The property was close to our cruise port. The owner or proprietor was nice. The floors were very dirty. I actually wiped them up myself. We also asked for an invoice from the facility as we only stayed one night and we paid for two, however, Expedia told me if I got the invoice they would reimburse me as neither one of us could connect early enough to cancel within the right time frame.

Steffano was everything that all the great reviews said he would be. We arrived early from a cruise and waited at a corner coffee shop for 7Bell’s to open. Steffano came to the coffee shop, to find us and lead us upstairs to check in. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view of the streets and water while our room was readied. Steffano provided us with cups of coffee to enjoy while we waited. Room and establishment felt very safe and secure. It’s close to great restaurants and views. We would certainly stay here again when in the area.

This was a smaller property which included a continental breakfast, and had a large balcony off the breakfast room, where you could eat or have an afternoon beverage. The rooms were clean, roomy and up to date with a small fridge and a desk. Stefano, the inn keeper, was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return, if we were in Civitavecchia.

Stefano was so friendly and a great communicator prior and during our stay. He was helpful at suggested restaurants and even helped get us to our bus stop for catching our cruise the next day. Very clean rooms and all the amenities that we needed. Highly recommend!

This is a great location for local sightseeing or before/after a cruise. Also, it’s a fairly quick train ride to Rome. 7 Bells is small, clean and a very comfortable property. Great communication from Stefano who had a room ready for us on an early arrival.

Stefano and the 7Bell’s property was top notch. The level of customer service was unbelievable and I have never experienced such a caring and supportive person in a very long time. The rooms were nicely appointed with everything you could need. Breakfast, although we left too early to enjoy, was plenty and looked delicious. The neighborhood was beautiful, close to the ocean and to the port and very walkable with amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. If you have a moment, walk by the open air market! Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Civitavecchia!

Excellent service.. arranged a driver to meet us from the airport. Great check in. Really empathetic to our elderly mothers needs.. ie requested a room on ground level. Gave us useful information to use locally. Continental breakfast.. perfectly adequate.. although there is a McDonald’s across the road. Arranged transport to the ships side. Highly recommend this simple apartment type accommodation.. central to everything. Well done.
