beautiful accommodation in preparation for a very early morning departure. it was unfortunate the cafe on ground floor wasn't open (I arrived at checkin time) and when I ordered room service, I had to go to the 6th floor to look at a more expensive evening meal, I only wanted something simple. departure reception were busy on the phone so handed key, waiting for room service to be deducted from my credit card - pending authorisation amount is greater than the bill??? would recommend for those early departures

Overall is good, except that this hotel doesn’t provide travellers amenities such as toothbrush, bedroom slippers, cotton rounds, comb, etc which are deemed essentials.

As always a great experience here from check in to check out. Easy all the way and a great team. My only grizzle this time was getting two overlarge single beds rather than one very large king bed as I normally do - but not the hotel's fault ...

My 1st time staying the night at a airport hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. We got settled in a bit & then headed up for a glass of wine before bed. Dining & drinks up on 6th floor. Served with smiles. Airport literally steps away. Perfect for our early flight.

Perfect place to stay overnight after our flight arrived at midnight. Very efficient check in which got us to our room quickly. Unfortunately the bathroom sink drain was broken so we ended up with a sink full of water by the time left the next morning. And there was no hot water so we started our day with cold showers!

Wonderful room and a super comfortable bed. Very stylish. The staff couldnt have been nicer or more helpful and we ate at the restaurant and the meal was amazing. We will definately be back to stay again and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay.

This is the BEST motel experience i have ever had! The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had 3 suitcases, and a luggage trolley was delivered to my room in less than 3 minutes. My room was spotless and very cosy. Breakfast was AMAZING. 10/10 for me, and i will definitely be back😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is located literally within the airport in an area that is easy to access. It is located directed across from where international arriving flights exit terminal.

Thanks for the feedback, sorry you felt the room was small as the rooms sizes are one of the largest in New Zealand.
