A very nice hotel in Chittagong
The hotel is situated in a practical area of Chittagong and offers extremely good services, great breakfast and good food in the restaurant on the top floor, where there is a very useful swimming pool. . Airport pick up service is remarkable as well, as the courtesy of all the staff. The only complaint could be related to the high cost of alcohol ( 15 euro for a glass of wine is really too much also in Bangladesh)

Dear Sir, Thank you for your kind review. You would be very happy to know that we are replacing both our guest lifts which were a necessity since a long time. This replacement is essential to ensure the long-term reliability of our guest safety and comfort. This in turn means until few months, we would have only one guest lift accessible from ground floor to 15th floor and another one from 3rd floor (Reception Area) until 14th floor. In this regard, we believe, guests are not facing any difficulty. Gradually one after another both the lifts will be replaced. Due to hygiene issue, we do not allow any outside food into our premises. This policy is to keep you safe only.

I had the best hotel experience in my life. I have been in many top hotels in the world but this is the most unique and extraordinary. They greet you like a family member and make you feel comfortable and important. The room is clean, food is excellent. Overall it gives you a human touch that you do not see in many places. Located in heart of the city. They are helpful in every possible ways. I will go back there in a heartbeat.

Worst experience ever … they disabled the key & power supply at 10:30 am … I had difficulty getting in my room after breakfast ( check out is at 12:00 pm) … I never heard the rule u can’t have food from outside in your hotel room… bought some dessert couldn’t take them to my room

Awesome stay!
The assistant lobby manager and entire staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and water pressure at the bathroom was great. Enjoyed my stay. (Complimentary) Breakfast was not as good and needs improvement. Overall very pleased.

I am very much delighted with my recent stay at The Peninsula Chittagong. We arrived at around 4:15pm. Upon arrival at the check in counter, we were greeted by a very pleasant hotel staff by the name of Sanjida. She was really kind to have a chat with us and assisted our check-in process. It was smooth and she even go beyond the miles by assisting us in allowing us to pay for extra bed into our rooms as our group consisted of 6 persons (3 men + 3 women) so that we are able to stay in 2 rooms as two group of 3. We were very happy with the warm welcome and the speed of the check in as it was seamless and very much engaging. Thank you for the hospitality. The room is comfortable, the amenities are as per advertise, breakfast selections are good. The hotel is strategically located in the central of the city of Chittagong, making it a very convenient and most accessible in the city to almost anywhere. Overall we are very delighted with our choice of hotel to stay for the night. Definitely we will recommend the hotel to anyone who is visiting Chittagong. Keep the hospitality warm and we wish the hotel to keep with their helpful & receptive staff.

Relación calidad precio excelente. El personal es muy atento, el bufet del desayuno muy amplio y de calidad, las habitaciones grandes, limpias y modernas: impecable el hotel. Recomendable cien por cien. El único pero (ampliable a todo Babgladesh) es el desmesurado e irracional uso del aire acondicionado. Se llega a pasar frío.

It was a very pleasant stay with great service and honest staff. I had forgotten my passport, DSLR camera, and American dollars in the safe in the closet and forgotten all about it. As I was meeting with folks in the lobby after having checked out, a staff member approached me with the good news...the cleaning staff had found my lost items, which was soon returned to me.

For its value, a perfect match
The staff were wonderful, the gym was good, the pool lovely. The breakfast was unbelievable! So many items. I have never seen such even in a 5 star hotel. The Indian restaurant on the roof was too good. LOvely food, rich and spicy, just as I love it. Would definitely book again and stay there

Warm and welcoming staff, refreshingly clean and comfortable. Hotel is well secured with a security personnel. Generally good conditions. Nice room and bathroom. Bar with life music is open until 23:00. Good variety of food however breakfast could include some more European food. Overall great service and a pleasant stay.

Good business hotel
My wife and I stayed at the Peninsula Chittagong for three nights 27 Feb-2 March 2017.It was a business trip. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed right from the reception with a welcome drink and Ms. Sanjida from the front desk showed us our room. Before travelling to Chittagong she also asked for our preferences which we appreciate.As requested we were given a high floor room (13th floor) with a reasonably good view. Breakfast was pretty good apparently more choice than Radisson where we stayed during our previous visit to Chittagong. Hotel staff are courteous and friendly. We went for a pre-paid confirmed booking for 1 Room for 2 people. Upon arrival the hotel informed us that we would have to pay extra for 1 person as the room was meant for single occupancy. When we informed them that the website showed 2 people occupancy and they had not raised any issues by then (we had booked a week back), they told us they were waiting for us to arrive so that they could charge us extra! After a lot of argument, they "offered" the room for 2 people occupancy as per our original booking. We found this aspect of the hotel highly unprofessional and cunningly devious. However the room was cosy, amenities were good and the food was excellent. Overall hotel staff are courteous and friendly. However the price offered by the hotel is way over-priced given its overall room and amenities. With a few extra bucks, you can easily stay at Radisson Blu, Chittagong which is far grander with world class amenities.

チッタゴンのダウンタウンにあるホテル
ホテルは古いですが手入れはされておりきれいです。スタッフはフレンドリーで愛想もよく何でもすぐ対応してくれます。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで品数も多く30種類以上の食べ物がならべられています。味も比較的おいしいです。卵料理はオムレツ等をつくるスタッフがいます。部屋はバスタブつきでシャワーの湯も普通にでます。滞在中は２回くらい停電しましたが、すぐに発電機がまわり問題はありませんでした。チッタゴンに宿泊の 際は、また利用したいと思います。

I used this hotel for a business trip. I think this hotel needs a revamp as it looks a bit dated now. Bathroom needs a upgrade as very old bath and it didn't look that clean. The roof top restaurant was great and staff there were fantastic. With Radission no open down the road this hotel could struggle if there is no work done to it as the prices are very similar.
